Happy to pay for this experience and how well it's maintained. Breath taking.
The cave is enormous and water, magical!

We did this beautiful hiking route while staying for the weekend in Alquézar. Despite the cold weather the hike was still very much worth doing and it was nice to have it virtually all to ourselves. It was shorter than the estimated time (we completed it in about an hour and 15 minutes) and the walk was through a gorgeous valley and along a clear green river. We couldn’t take our eyes off the views the whole way. Wish it was even longer than it was! Even though this is a suspended walk part of the way, it’s still recommended to bring good walking/hiking shoes that give support and that you aren’t afraid to get dirty. We’d love to come back and do it again!

Lovely hike for all levels. A
Walk along the mountain boardwalks with views to a river, a small dam and valleys. Look above and see the vultures fly. 4 euros tourism fee which you need to pay at the town hall which is next to the entrance of the beginning of the walk. It's a light walk with a bit of an uphill towards to the end. Nice to go with the family as it's not too difficult

Amazing landscape to see and enjoy. It used to be free but now you have to buy a 5 EUR ticket. Still worth every penny though.

Nice walk into the river gorge starting from the town down into the gorge then allong lots of metal walkways and to a viewing platform were you can look upto the town and the fortified Church. Good value at €4 which the lady told me includes insurance! Be careful on the wooden walk ways as in winter they are slippery were the wire mesh is missing. Great fun took me about one hour. Recommended.

You have to pay 5 eur for 1 adult to use the trail. But it's worth it. Trail is maintained, offers views from the bottom of the gorge, several hanging passes over the river. Moderate hike, with rest and eating stops it will take about 2 hours.
Near the end there will be a viewpoint.
You start near the town hall and end the loop at the bottom part of the city.

Great hike along the Vero river from Alquezar. The path that is carved into the side of a canyon is probably not the best example of sustainable tourism but the views are nice and it's a unique experience. The route from the town to the river and back from the river to the town might not be the most easy for those not in the best of shape, but it's doable for those who like a good walk/hike.

Nice walk by the river , specially in summer, and don't forget to take your swimsuit for a nice dive in the river. The footbridge is perfectly safe, in some places is a bit narrow so if someone's coming the other way you'l have to squeeze a bit to pass. I even saw families walking their dogs there.

We'll preserved and looked after. The views from advantage points are excellent. Only issue is parking. Get there early. Also a good place to start and organises Canyoning Trip.

Wonderful walking trail if you are in the area. There is a nice waterfall where you can stop, go swimming, and relax. Accessible to most ability levels. It cost 4 euro which covers your mountain insurance and they give you a helmet.

Such a wonderful place! Turquoise waters that you can admire while walking through a path hanging from the rocky gorge. The path starts at Alquézar, a really beautiful medieval town. It is not hard and it is suitable for kids. We took our two dogs with us but I don’t recommend the path with dogs as it is made with a mesh and they can’t walk properly. We all made it though!

Great views. Pasarello (bridge against the wall of the gorge) are made for Spanish sizes. I’m 1m93 and when the highest guardrail does not reach my hips, I stay away from the edge :-)

Very nice walk around Alquezar. Entrance in the village. First a steep descend to the river, no flip flops, then a walk along the river on the metal walkway. At the end there's a very nice view of the canyon and Alquezar before the climb up to the Village. Beautiful walk 👍🏻

Beautiful, you have to pay 4€/person but the path is very well maintained. Although not recommendable if you have vertigo issues.
