This place has fantastic atmosphere, it feels like everyone knows each other. Coffee, churros, chocolate and cakes are great, but the service is absolutely great, despite being very busy. Great city feel!

Went for the chocolate and churroa and wasn't disappointed. They were delicious, thick nice chocolate, and the churros big and nice texture just perfect to dip on the chocolate. Also very interesting the fact that the place has a rich hiatory with over 100 years of existance and still working and serving the traditional way.

A hidden find for great churros and a wonderful local ambiance! Do ask for the summer special which comes with churros, hot chocolate and their special home made ice cream that really did make the dessert so much better!

The service was also so wonderful. I spoke to the owner who shared that this is a 102 year old family business, exactly still at the same spot. She also shared about how their name came about, and gave us a sample of their other ice cream flavour to try!

wonderful cafe! we had breakfast here and it was quite busy. the freshly squeezed orange juice was really good. the churros were delicious and not greasy.

there is also indoor seating inside the cafe and the servers were very friendly!

we also ordered the basque cheesecake for takeaway and it was really rich and creamy.

Well known, popular! The churro were airy and went really well with the chocolate. I would have preferred a bit darker chocolate, but these were delicious regardless!

We sat outside on a Sunday morning, a very busy time for churros! Be prepared to wait in line unless you get there early in the morning (less busy before 10am). The wait is worth it!

The churros and hot chocolate was the best ever!! It was a cold evening in Granada so it was perfect to warm you up. The cafe was not busy so we were served quite quickly by a friendly waiter.
I would go back to this cafe to order hot chocolate and churros daily if possible.

Better than San Gines Chocolateria! Excellent churros that soaked up the melted chocolate. Awesome location and service during a very busy time. must-stop in Granada!

The hot chocolate was so thick and not too sweet. Churros were freshly fried, delicious and not too greasy. This is one portion so you get a lot for what you pay!

Cafe Fútbol is an institution and a must-visit during your stay in Granada. The cafe turns 101 years old this year and it isn't hard to understand how they've stayed so successful over the last century: their churros con chocolate are top notch and a perfect start to any morning (or a perfect topping to any afternoon). But don't sleep on their cafe con leche either, it's really good.

The inside of the place is really nice and reminds me of an early 20th century NYC diner. Make sure to check it out before you go enjoy enjoy your churros in the outside seating.

Really nice place, we got churros with chocolate sauce, the portions are big and great value and taste amazing! Staff were really nice too!

Everywhere we asked for churros con chocolate in Granada, they said "...try Futbol Cafe." Glad we did as the service was friendly and speedy, the atmosphere buzzing and the chocolate and churros hot, tasty and satisfying. They've been around for over 100 years so obviously doing something right... Worth a visit!

Best churros in town. Can be a bit slow if it's crowded, but definitely worth the wait.

Not sure if it's the traditional time to try churros but I went about 8 o'clock in the evening and found the staff very helpful, and the place full of locals enjoying a relaxed evening outside in the warm. Not as sweet as you'd expect but that's a good thing, make sure to seek it out if you are visiting Granada - it's an institution.
