He comprado un complemento vitamínico que ha costado 18€, y mi mujer no lo quiere, por supuesto, el producto está sin abrir.
Ni devuelven el dinero, ni hacen vale, ni nada de nada. Primero ponen excusas peregrinas que con el Covid no devuelven, esta es muy típica. Luego que si es un alimento, que no se qué. Les pido la hoja de reclamaciones y no tienen, aunque están obligados. Y ya no llamé a la policía por pena y vergüenza.
Mi mujer y mi cuñada iban mucho allí a comprar y ya no va a ir más.
Espero que cambien sus políticas abusivas.
