The receptionest girl who wear hijab is polite and respectful.The bathroom smells is very bad. The church song and prayer program does not make me sleep.when I ask for my clothes to be washed laundry, they said to wait ten days but my stay was only three days.
The cafe worker,by name Ezzedin, is a disrespectful and insubordinate worker.
The rest waiter are good.

The hotel and rooms are modern clean and very nice bathrooms. the staff were very efficient.
