Kaikki meni kuten kuului. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hintaluokaltaankin edullisimpia, kun otti huomioon postikulut netistä tilattaessa.

Henkilökunta on mukava ja, on myös tarpeeksi auki. 😃 😃 😃

Ennakolta tilasin vaihdettavan valuutan, tiskillä meni vain pari minuuttia ja valuutta mukana kotiin pakkaamaan reissua varten. Vaihtokurssi ei ehkä maailman edullisin, mutta pyytämättä tulee pienempiäkin seteleitä.

Absolutly bad service. You need a passport to exchange, but it is not needed at other exchange points in Finland. The employee speaks rudely and does not even try to listen to what they say.

5 eur exchange fee, terrible exchange rate and they require a passport which is unnecessary and clearly targeted at minorities

I was very disappointed with Forex and feel that some of their regulations are prejudice against a non-citizen resident of Finland. During my recent visit I tried to buy a foreign currency using my Finnish credit card. I was told that in order to pay with my card I must present them with a government issued photo ID. When I gave them my Finnish drivers license they said it was invalid since it was an “exchange license“ , which are issued by the police to non-citizen residents of Finland in exchange for their license another from their country of last residence. This is rediculous since, of course, the police verify your identity before exchanging licenses. I have never had any problem using this form of identification anywhere else in Finland. Because of this I was direct to an Otto where I used my card to withdrawal money and then return to pay in cash. The only thing positive about my experience was the staff member, Nico, who was very kind.

€ --> ¥ and Forex takes 7.42% commission. Avoid this place!!!

"Namba Currency Exchange" in Osaka only takes 1,69% commission.

Horribly bad exchange rates... It's sad that there are no decent money exchanges in Finland.
