as a French guy traveling to Finland I can attest that this bar is 100% authentic French (Ranskalainen 🇫🇷 😋) !

The food sold is of good quality and nicely prepared, the ambiance cozy "French alps style", and the staff truly friendly!

don't hesitate to chat with them, no matter if in French, English, or, of course, Suomi!

Don't miss out the shop on the upper levels, where you can find some non-food-goods from France, e. g. clothing etc.
On the ground floor you can stock up your supplies in cheese, mustard, jam and so on.

A cozy, little bistro for a quick bite. Friendly, quick service. The dining room is full of vintage memorabilia. Plenty of French specialities available too.

Very lovely place on the way from Lahti to Päijänne national park. The food is great and different from the most places in the region. There is also a nice shop where one can find some interesting useful things. Owners are very lovely as well :)

We took a day offer, and it was French version of black pudding with potatoes and special home made dip.

Best Vääksy can offer in coffee and simple home cooked food. Delicious butter-rich croissants 🥐 We bought also several french ciders to taste. Visited 10 times over 2 weeks.

Food, service and atmosphere just wonderful. Deco, candlelight and spot on music makes you want to linger on, talk and chill.
Lucky Vääksy to have such a gem, I just hope more locals can see what they have at their doorstep.

If you want to enjoy more French athmophere than in France itself this is a place to visit. After a delicious pie and quality coffee remember to check out the upstairs.

This place alone would make a visit to Vääksy worthwhile. French clothes and accessories, french and local food stuff, handmade soap, lunch, coffee, ice cream, deco... Just everything nice!

Cosy atmosphere and delicious cakes. Serving also food, but had this time only a cheese cake and coffee.

Hurmaava, jopa osin rappioromanttinen rakennus, jossa on kahvila sekä myymälätilaa kolmessa kerroksessa. Tuotevalikoima on monipuolinen sekä mielenkiintoinen ja hintataso kohtuullinen. Palvelu on erittäin ystävällistä. Tähän puotiin kannattaa tulla tutustumaan kauempaakin.

Ihana konsepti. Hyvä palvelu vaikka olivat kiireisiä. Kaikenlaista ihanaa hiplattavaa niin kotiin kuin puettavaksi. Ihania ranskalaisia makuelämyksiä. Mukaani lähti rakuunasinappi ja iso purkki pestoa. Sekä muutama marseillesaippua. Kuhina ja pöhinä liikkeessä loi vaan tunnelmaa ja ruoka tuoksui ravintolan puolelta.
