My experience was very nice here. I came all the way from Turku to grab a product on BlackFriday evening. According to some bad communication, arrived one hour later than the store closed. Was super sad and started banging on a door from where I saw a light open.
My very big luck was that a very kind employer from Gigantti that was starting driving to go home (probably dead tired) stopped to ask me what's the problem. I was literally the happiest when she told me that she can help me get the product I ordered. Can't imagine how happy she made me. Such amazing evening❤❤

Alla som klagar på dålig kundservice, att ingen i personalen kommer fram och frågar om man vill/behöver ha hjälp, har ju såklart sina erfarenheter, men ofta finns ju folk som först vill gå och kolla på allting i lugn och ro; det bästa är att aktivt söka personal och hjälp själv om man vet vad man vill ha. Kundbetjäning och -service var helt perfekt, snabb och smidig! Tack och god jul!

Täytyy vielä tarkentaa, että lähestyttäessä Giganttia Karjaan suunnalta, vt 25:ltä EI SAA kääntyä vasemmalle Gigantin suuntaan. Vain Hangon suunnalta tultaessa voi kääntyä. Tämä on kyllä hieman ikävää, ja vaatii kiemurtelua. Löytyy kyllä lopulta.

About Ekenäs
Town in Finland

Ekenäs is a town and former municipality in Finland that comprised the former municipalities of Snappertuna and Tenala together with the town of Ekenäs. It was merged with Pohja and Karis to form the new municipality of Raseborg on January 1, 2009. Ekenäs is in the province of Southern Finland, and is part of the Uusimaa region. The town had a population of 14,754 and covered a land area of 726.73 square kilometres. The population density was 20.30 inhabitants per square kilometre. The town is bilingual, with the majority being Swedish speakers, and the minority Finnish speakers. source
