chateau d'Og

The "château d'og" is a wonderful little gem in another beautiful part of France.

When you arrive at the château you cannot fail to notice the striking round towers and wonderful architecture.

Once you have taken in some of the surroundings, you will be warmly welcomed by either June or Patsy.

The rooms are just as exquisite as the château and continue the well presented maintained theme throughout, which can be seen within the photos of my room and bathroom, to which I had private use during my stay.

Stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon. It is absolutely beautiful! Patsy and June are wonderful hosts. It's a nice, short drive to Niort for dining and touring. It's also within an hour of La Rochelle and a few other places to visit.

Great time in Og !
The hosts are a lot welcoming, we're french but we didn't have difficulties because adaptation was here !
We were hoping a bath, but it was the only problèm, the room was really confortable and the garden is a really charming place

Castles lovers, don't hesitate !

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful castle , I love the blue room alot , enjoyed hot shower , coffee machine just near to my bed , fresh croissants for our breakfast.. everything was satisfied for me , definitely will come back !

Joli petit château calme et agréable. Belle chambre. Parc arboré. Accueil soigné et attentionnée par des propriétaires qui sont d'une gentillesse rare. On s'y sent bien rapidement. Merci pour ces moments très agréables et privilégiés que nous avons passés.

Château plein de charme et d'authenticité, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Es la tercera vez que visitamos chateau d'og y siempre nos vamos con la sensacion de que vamos a volver. El chateau es precioso, June es un gran anfitriona y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y de que nos sintiesemos a gusto. La habitación en que nos alojamos, la Suite Jaune decorada con un gusto exquisito, muy amplia y con un pasillo que termina en un baño circular, situado en uno de los torreones es digna de un castillo. El chateau tiene un.gran salón y el comedor, donde sirven los desayunos, esta también situado en uno de los torreones. Desayuno delicioso, con zumo, café, pan y bollería recien hechos y mermeladas caseras. Destacar también el jardín delantero con su estanque de peces donde sentarte a descansar y disfrutar del entorno. La relación calidad precio no podía ser mejor.Lo recomendamos a todo el que quiera visitar esa región francesa o como punto de parada en cualquier viaje por Francia.

Quelques jours de vie de château ! Un cadre calme et très beau, une chambre confortable, des propriétaires très sympathiques, un excellent petit déjeuner. À recommander !

Encantadoras las dueñas. Las habitaciones increíbles si te gusta dormir en un castillo. El desayuno fue fenomenal. Agradecen que te vayas antes de las 10.30. Es un bed& breakfast, hay que tenerlo en cuenta, pero para eso, es de 10.

Le château, la chambre, la salle de bain, le salon, le petit-déjeuné, le jardin.... en fait tout est merveilleux et la propriétaire June; magnifique.
Je vous conseille aussi le bar-brasserie La Forge à coté de la mairie; très sympathique.
Je suis impatient d'y retourner.
