Although buying online has its obvious benefits there is no substitute for the personal service that Ashby Jewellers give the local Ashby population. I have used them several times and every time the care and attention is as good as it gets. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Long may it continue

So impressed with Ashby jewellers. Went in to get a Michael Kors Apple Watch bracelet reduced in size to be told it could be done quite easily by just unclipping it. This was done free of charge. This was after visiting another local jeweller who said the pins needed taking out and because the holes had been plated over he would have to drill them out. Thank goodness I said no to that!

Fantastic jewellers. I went here for the first time yesterday to have some jewellery repaired and I’m so glad I did. The staff were so friendly and helpful and repaired the items free if charge!
I would Definitely recommend them and I won’t be going anywhere else in future.

What helpful and friendly people! I had a new brooch for my birthday with a loose catch ( not purchased from this shop). Staff were helpful and repaired the brooch free of cost.

I have bought from and used Ashby Jewellers service a few times over the years and recently had my ring valued for insurance, after they had replaced a missing stone. As on previous occasions, I found them professional, reasonably priced and my ring came back slightly quicker than they said it would, so I was very happy indeed.

I took the watch to Ashby Jewelers in the hope that the could help and they certainly did!
The repaired the strap and fitter s 70's battery within about 30 minutes.

I visited to have my weddings rings resized and some earrings adjusted. Steph dealt with me, who was very helpful. Communication was excellent and the service was much quicker than I expected.
Some beautiful jewellery is in stock including some vintage pieces. So if you’re looking for a special gift I would definitely recommend.

I have used this family owned Jewellers for over 20 years whenever I wish to purchase any 'quality' jewellery .The service is friendly and helpful and I never come away feeling that I have been 'ripped off'! How refreshing to go into a local jewellers and find the staff so helpful, when I couldn’t find the type of necklace I was looking for as a present for my daughter. Adam went out of his way to source the necklace, order and get it delivered in time for her birthday.

Definitely recommend this beautiful jewellers. The shop is full of lovely items and the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to get you exactly what you want and we're very pleased with the purchase.

My partner and I we're looking for an engagement ring and my friend recommended Ashby Jewellers.
We we're met by Adam who was very friendly, he asked us relevant questions about what we were after (size, style, price) there was no hard sale and Adam knew what he was talking about. We chose the ring we wanted and we were kept informed of the progress throughout.
Of course we went back for our wedding bands and Adam did a great job once again.

Such good service. When I needed to replace the strap on my Swiss military watch, Adam gave me great options to choose from including from the original manufacturer. After taking time to choose carefully, I went for a modern style which has given my favourite watch a fantastic facelift. Adam was knowledgable and considerate, the price was great, & after six months of daily use my new strap still looks as good as new.
I won't be going anywhere else.
