Today saw a lovely nurse called Kathy. She put my mind at ease and was easy to speak to about personal things. She's caring, knowledgeable and professional. A lovely lady. An important asset to the medical centre. Thank you.

I feel lucky that this is my family's local practice. Hardly any wait time on the phone when I called at 8.10 am on a Monday, then spoke to very helpful receptionist who booked an appointment the same day for my son, with a very professional nurse practitioner. The practice seems really well organised, and everyone seems friendly and happy to help.

After my son had an allergic reaction to sting I got there quickly and told reception what had happened, they had a clinician look at him very quickly, they were extremely helpful.

No waiting, easy to park, and friendly helpful staff.

Best Doctors in the area - always has been.

If I was paid for every time this practice get it wrong I would be a millionaire. They are very poor with respiratory health, missing chest infection regularly and sepsis.

Had to have blood test emergency arrived 20 mins early no one in the room waited till 1150 total joke then they have no blood appointments can see why to b honest

After waiting for 3 hours for the Doctor to attend my 83 year old parents as booked they then phone up and do a referral over the phone. Very poor service.
