Rendlesham Dental Practice

I have recently had my first ever appointment at Rendlesham Dental Practice. Raheem was excellent, making me feel relaxed and reassured. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The technology is ultra up to date and means every thing is achieved very efficiently. Altogether a positive experience!

Thank you so much for your kind care. I fractured my leg recently and arrived at the practice in a wheel chair. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful opening the door for me and the dentist was able to examine in the wheelchair which made it much easier than moving to the dental chair. Ten out of ten all of you! Thank you so much! Happy Christmas one and all!!🌲😃🥰

Very good experience all around. Friendly and helpful reception team and a dentist who cares and takes his time to explain what's going on.

Raheem was brilliant going out of his way to help me and ensure I got the treatment I needed in a short space of time. The nurses are also very very good too

Rendlesham practice were so helpful when I asked for an emergency appointment while on holiday with an infected gum. The dentist sorted me out quickly and they couldn’t have been nicer. They gave me antibiotics and got me out of pain so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday. Other local dentists I contacted were not interested in helping me, so thank you all so much. 5 stars!

I had an appointment on 26th September with Chanel Ludlow who was so pleasant, saw Mr Achour in the waiting room who is always so polite and pleasant and was checked in at reception by Lizzie who is always so very polite. All in all an excellent service and practice which I can thoroughly recommend.

My first experience was an extremely positive one. I saw Chanel for a hygienist appointment and Stacey for a checkup, they were both so warm and welcoming, as well as their lovely dental nurses. I highly recommend this practice

As a nervous patient I am always on edge as my appointment comes round. The team at Rendlesham Dental Practice are always friendly and helpful, they help to put me at ease from the moment I announce my arrival at reception. I have to give a special mention to Stacey. She is an amazing dentist and her 'bedside manner' is first class. She always explains what is happening at each stage of my treatment and genuinely cares about me the patient. Thank you all at RDP

Yesterday, Virginia attended to both myself and my wife for our routine check ups. During my check up, a new cavity was exposed in one of my teeth. Virginia immediately attended to this problem by drilling and filling my tooth. I am feeling extremely grateful to Virginia for alleviating, what would likely have been, a long wait for a further appointment. I sincerely thank you, Virginia.

Staff work like a well-oiled machine. Always polite and empathetic. Makes the whole ‘dentistry experience’ much more comfortable.

First appointment as a new patient looking to discuss tooth implant. Lovely friendly practice and I was very happy to find they have an on-line booking system. All my questions answered and investigations done at the first appointment so I was able to book for the treatment!

Visiting the Dentist may not be everyone's idea of a good time but all the staff at Rendlesham Dental Practice make the experience both professional and reassuring.

I have been a client of this practice for over 20 years. They are all brilliant. Virginia is very caring, thorough and professional. Raheem is very skilled and has a great sense of humour, and also very professional. I have moved away from the area but still use this practice. I did try other practices in Norwich but they were useless compared to Rendlesham. The girls on the front desk are always very efficient and polite.

Raheem is a first- rate dentist. He is highly skilful but also extremely good at making you feel calm about the experience and especially good at dealing with teenagers too!

Reasonably priced - included the X-ray as part of the initial check up (other nearby practices charged extra for X-rays).

Very good service. It's nice to see people that are good at/enjoy what they do!
