Omniplex Cinema Birmingham - Great Park

Very underrated cinema in Birmingham.
Spacious parking, screens were really nice. Seats were comfortable and everywhere was nice and clean (especially the toilets). Ticket prices were also really affordable compared to other bigger cinema chains. Will definitely be back.

Such a helpful man on the door. I was hoping to buy a coffee but they hadn’t got their new coffee machine yet. He then asked another member of staff to go next door and fetch a coffee from Costa for me. He arrived back quickly with all my change. Such great staff. Will definitely be back!

So glad that this local cinema has been taken over by a company and not left to close. I wasn’t sure at first because things seemed so sparse - but recent additions and updates give me hope that this place will be a decent spot to go and see a movie and their membership offer and some off peak offers seem like quite a good deal. Certainly give it a try because some of the city centre cinema costs are getting ridiculous

Had a lovely experience today. Friendly staff, fair prices, everything was super clean and the seats were comfy! Will be back.

This is our favourite local cinema which has recently changed to Omniplex and installed their new MAXX screen with all Recliner seating and even Sofa / Day bed seats. These are amazingly comfortable and the screen is huge and sound is fantastic. Always a great experience and staff are super friendly. Drinks and snacks selection is good and popcorn is usually fresh. We especially enjoy the MAXX screen for big action blockbusters and Screen 13 for more emotional drama and smaller films.

Cinema hadn't been cleaned since last showing empty cups and pop corn boxes around

The policy of no food or drink to be brought in from outside and to be consumed inside is anoying and cheeky where other cinema chains do not have a issue with this,

I have a confession, I broke rules I discreetly ate a small bag of chocolate and drank a bottle of 7up but on this occasion I was lucky and didn't get caught by the food police,

After doing alot of thinking about my rule breaking, I need to confess my sins as I will be unable to sleep this evening, on the plus side I did take my litter home for recycling so on this occasion I hope I can be forgiven

Pretty typical cinema venue, expensive but all the facilities that you need … quite large so not normally too crowded and a nice relaxed atmosphere … all the typical snacks & drinks that you would expect with adequate parking. Easy to get to, large, warm, friendly … a nice afternoon out with good facilities overall … worth a visit.

Great cinema, sad to see the name above the door change today, been going to Empire for over 15 years. The staff have always been lovely, the theatres always clean and working perfectly. The IMAX, always a stunner.
I hope the new management, Omniplex, can keep up the high standards Empire have set.

Lovely to have it open and the staff there. Competitive costs for food and drinks, clean and welcoming. Won't be the last time we go.
Would like to see the cafe open and possibly used as a social hub xx

Went to watch The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes ( It was amazing highly reccomend!) Loved this theatre! Amazing service! Staff were so friendly and helpful also the cinema was extremely accessible for wheelchair users! Would come again!

Great venue for a small children's birthday party. My son and his friends and a fab time for his 7th birthday party and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend !!

Massive carpark and the cinema screens are generally clean and tidy with comfy seating, especially if you go for the premium seats at the back which are a little bigger and recline a bit.

Clean, spacious, happy & friendly staff, free car park. Plenty of very comfortable seats for mid-afternoon film show. Would definitely go again for the ease of booking, short walk from car park, comfortable seats. No difficulty hearing, sound very loud and clear, slightly too loud at timrs.

Great Park overall is a great place to take the family or kids out for the day or evening, Good cinema with reasonable prices and multiple rooms, alot of parking spaces, and there's a bowling and arcades, pool tables ect close by too with plenty of eateries within the same complex.

Very clean cinema, nice staff and a wealth of films on offer. Very pleasant experience and will definitely go back, very soon.
