I broke down on my motorbike outside this establishments, and a member of staff by the name of Phil got me back on the road in no time. They didn't have to help me here at all as I was on a motorbike, but they did and I managed to get home to Swansea. So a big thank you to Phil and the staff of J & J Nissan.

I am a little biased here as the service is very good I bought a car here in 2017 and staff were helpful and after sales was excellent
Went back for my daughter to buy a car here service again was excellent but as she was buying a used car the price was a little steep for her. I would recommend going here if buying a new car.

Great place to go to helpful staff nothing too much trouble

Very polite, not pushy at all, will take their time with you and let you make the decisions about the car rather than trying the hard sell. Able to take the car on a test drive on your own, so you can make your mind up. The young lad who had just started today makes a lovy cup of tea too. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasure to deal, unlike certain car garages, the employees don’t instantly run at you like ants on a melted lollipop.

They set the prices fairly and if you genuinely want the car you purchase.

We came away after 20 minutes of looking, purchased a car, they cleaned it, offered us coffee, did all the paperwork in no time and had the car serviced.

Extremely professional, most definitely a company that prides itself on their high standards.

Just changed my car at J & J Motors Crosshands. Thanks to Lewis Thomas for making the whole experience seemless. He took all the work out of the process of changeing my car. Due to Covid restrictions, he was unable to demonstrate the car's controls at handover, but provided a well informed video which was extremely useful. This is my 6th car change at J & J.
