I got 2 piercings done today, first time getting my cartilage pierced and I was a bit nervous but Nicky and the other members of staff were lovely and accommodating, amazing customer service! I didn’t feel pain at all!

Lovely Ian was extremely helpful and let us bring our dog in as worried about leaving her. He was very polite and explained the whole process as having my engagement ring re platted. Deserves a raise!! Best experience that I have received.☺

I went in to have my ears pierced. I was assisted by Nicky who is trained to do them. She was very reassuring and was knowledgeable. I felt at ease when she first did my earlobes I decided to get another one. She was very professional. I would highly recommend this store if you are thinking of having your ears pierced. Their friendly manager (Ian) was also there to provide assistance. Job well done!

Great experience at h Samuel today. We were recommended by so many friends to use h samuels newton abbot for ear piercing. My 12 year old daughter has wanted her ears pierced for so long but has been to afraid. We went into talk to the staff and they were so helpful and put my daughters worries at rest and made her feel comfortable. We went away and made the appointment for the next day to get her ears pierced. Nicky was there to greet us and she put my daughter at ease straight away. She talked my daughter through everything and made sure she was happy. The whole process was amazing and we would recommend them to anyone. Great team at the newton abbot branch and we really appreciate how wonderful and friendly you all were to my daughter and myself.

My daughter had her 2nd piercing today. I booked it online, excellent communication and excellent process. Good knowledge and lovely service and information and products given for aftercare. Returned thanks to a great first piercing experience and was not disappointmed.

My engagement ring was from H Samuel but a different branch 10 years ago, however, sadly it kept breaking as the gold was porous and it wasn't picked up previously. I took it to the Newton Abbot branch as this is now my nearest shop and was greeted by lovely Nicky. She sent the ring off to confirm porosity which came back it was. They offered me a replacement ring to the cost but I was sad by this as it is the sentimental value of the ring and I couldn't get the same. Nicky then went and found out that I could have it remade with the same diamond which I was over the moon by. I paid extra to have it made in a more durable metal which Nicky got quoted up the same day. I now have my new ring exactly the same as my old one with the diamond my husband proposed to me with and I am so happy with it. I really felt Nicky and the team were all brilliant through my ring saga and really went above and beyond.

Had some problems with my engagement ring but the team at H Samuels in Newton Abbot were fantastic! They were so helpful with helping me to sort out the problem and I felt that the customer service was beyond excellent, especially a lady called Nikki! She was super helpful and offered advice where needed.

I went not really understanding a whole lot for what I was looking for, Ian the store manager served me, and was very helpful and enabled me to make a very good decision. All in all, 100% would recommend.

Excellent service, I had an idea of the sort of ring I wanted, the assistant was very pleasant and helpful and she gave recommendations of rings she thought might suit, she picked out the perfect ring. Not a style I thought of but just perfect.

Staff were so very helpful today with the purchase of a Rotary Watch. Adjusted the watch strap and at a great price too, well done

I visited H Samuel today to have watch batteries replaced. The standard of service was above and beyond. A very helpful lady in the branch was incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this particular store more highly. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely shop there again.
