The Bike Workshop @ MakeItWorkshop CIC

Had a pair of love handles and a new seat fitted. Ray gave me choice and options. Also informed me about my chain being about to go to chain heaven. Told me that it wasn't urgent but advisable. Gave me some ideas for 6 mile loop around Southport, starting from Roe Lane. Genuine and friendly service with very competitive pricing to fit all budgets. I believe in using local & one can't get more local than the bike workshop. I would highly recommend.

Took my converted electric bike in today, emailed yesterday got a quick reply. No other shop around Southport would take this bike due to insurance issues, anyway went in very friendly person 👍 asked for my name etc. completely fixed my issues some being on my part. Great experience will definitely be re visiting if I have anymore issues. Thanks!

My kickstand became loose and i was away from home and i didn't have a spanner. The guy in bike shop tightened and greased it for a donation. Great bike shop run for the community that i highly recommend.

Fabulous place. Ray does repairs, complete bike builds, sells new and refurbished bikes and bike assessories. So reasonably priced i couldnt believe it. Fantastic job of repairs and i love my newly aquired bike, wicker basket and lights. I couldnt recommend it more. You can find this treasure in Cambridge Walks.... Entrance on Eastbank Street by The Entertainer toy shop or arcade by Tap and Bottles and The Hungry Monk.....

I own a classic Claude Butler..which i normally maintain myself...But Ray gave it a compleat mechanical overhaul and new stainless spoked wheels...for an excellent price...

I couldn't find the shop. I called them. The owner described me the way. Was so helpful. And told me he will fix my bike's back gears and did so. And he fixed also the back wheel valve and oiled the bike for a smoother motion. And gave me the oil spray as a gift. All of this for 20£. Amazing man

Great gives advice rather than trying to just sell you something like big chain stores great

Went to the shop with my bike. Ray knows what he’s talking about sorted my bike out. Could not believe how cheap it was to get fixed. Will definitely go back for regular service's

Called in on a weekend in southport, what a fantastic shop.
When there I spoke to Ray what a guy .
I was like a kid in a sweetshop ,it really is that good.
I will be going back soon just to spend time in this shop and talk more to Ray

This is the best bike shop I've ever been to because I took my road bike in to be repaired a couple of weeks ago and Ray in there has offered me volunteering work there every Thursday he's a legend the nicest guy I've met
