Wonderful place and amazing friendly staff.
Was looked after from first appointment to discharge from my procedure wonderfully.
Hospital is brand new, clinically sterile and a relaxing place to be a patient. Cup of coffee and toast was beautifully presented and went down a treat
Thank you to all for looking after me so well.

Had an operation here this week and it is by far the best medical care I’ve every received, from start to finish!

The hospital is so clean and the staff can’t do enough, recovery was fast and straight forward.

If I was to ever need an operation again I would definitely visit back buckshaw hospital.

I visited for an endoscopy , the staff where amazing , I don't know everyone's name , but the girl who did the pre questionnaire , a girl called Emma who helped me in theatre really kind and a big shout out to my lovely BSL interpreter Kay , I was so lucky to have her the hospital arranged this as I'm deaf . The hospital is clean and modern , but the staff are truly brilliant

Been coming to see physio after my knee replacement and all the physio’s have been fantastic, especially Freya who is amazing so professional and kind. Even when I have struggled she’s been encouraging and supportive. Would highly recommend them.

11/12/2023 - attended for hernia. From start to finish the whole experience was second to none. Plenty of parking, receptionist pleasant and informative, medical staff (nurses and doctors) brilliant.

Had an operation here on the 26/10/23. From the moment I walked in the service I received was superb mr Haq and his team were first class everything was explained and when in a lot of pain after operation the level of care was fantastic , nothing was to much trouble , the aftercare in recovery was first class ,with staff checking I was ok all the time . The whole experience was made easy by the great staff, I also have to add that the hospital was spotless ,and thank you all once again.

Very nice doctors and staff. There is free WiFi but requires a login.

2nd time I've been here in as many years. The best treatment and experience I've had. Super clean. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Care is top notch. If I ever need treatment again hopefully I get the option to go here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After referral from my GP. ! attended for a consultation with Mr Loganathan which resulted in two more visits for a Endoscopy and CT scan. I was obviously very nervous for both but the staff were fantastic.They were friendly , reassuring and explained everything that was about to happen. As a result it was not the ordeal I expected.The Hospital was pristine and spotlessly clean. The staff were smart, efficient and well versed in Patient care and satisfaction. I received 5 Star treatment from 5 Star staff at a 5 Star Hospital.

Had ultrasound scan today ,the team looking after me Toni (HCA)&DR Chiphang ,we're lovely ,both took the time to explain what they where doing ,and to point out what they where looking at .can not fault them or the hospital .

I attended today for a procedure and every staff member I interacted with was so lovely. Each staff member was professional, personable, knowledgable and warm towards me (and the other patients). I was dealt with swiftly from my arrival through to my departure. The hospital was impressively clean and overall an excellent experience. Could I finally acknowledge the relationships between all the staff, at all levels, as it felt like they were family.

Just had a procedure at Buckshaw hospital and the staff were fantastic. Efficient, professional and caring. Especially Rachel that was really welcoming and Denise who looked after me whilst in theatre. No one looks forward to having procedures but they put you at ease. Thanks guys.

I was extremely nervous for my day case operation today. But I was greeted by Stuart on the ward and he was so lovely and banterous which instantly cheered me up! I was then greeted by Lindsey on the same ward who was so lovely and always had a smile on her face. I don't think I would have gotten through today without these nurses so I am incredibly grateful. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone. I was taken to theatre after 1.5 hours of being admitted. Very swift and quick! P.s, I loved my pod on the ward!!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the amazing staff at Buckshaw Hospital. In particular, the Kiwi radiographer (didn't catch her name!) was exceptional in answering all of my questions, explaining the procedure and reassuring me throughout. Truly a 5-star experience. Many thanks

Went in yesterday for hysteroscopy. Well recommend. Greeted warmly by all members of staff. Advised I was previously sick under anesthesia which they sorted. Literally blinked and I was back awake again talking the nurse to death lol. Great banter with the staff members. Provided with tea/coffee and short bread Donuts not part of the menu but I managed to sneekily steal Stuart's last 🍩 would recommend this hospital

Had a procedure and admitted as a day case. Every single healthcare professional was a star, so polite, friendly and caring, so thank you for making me extremely comfortable and looked after during the process.

I been yesterday for a MRI scan for the second time first one was in a trailer and a was not happy with the scanner I had my second one in bruckshaw and it was fantastic very relaxing and very helpful I am scared in small spaces and they did all this I feel nice a calm well done
