Amazing Aladdins cave of Sports equipment! I'd a couple of specific Curling shoe requests which they took all in their stride! Thrilled I can still use my 40 something year old shoes AND my Much Newer Balance Plus!

This positive review doesn't really cover the fantastic customer experience that is Banks of Perth. From the time, diligence, patience, flexibility and professional advice while i was buying ski boots to the dedication, thoughtfulness and tenacity of sourcing skis and bindings and then working with me to have them set appropriately given my medical history. Such a joy to have this independent resource underpinned by lived and real world experience. They even managed to deal with my enquiries from south of the border.

What a breath of fresh air this wee shop is, been trying to buy ski boots with all the big shops, all of which have very limited and very pricey equipment.
In and out of shop in half hour with a pair of new boots at half the price of the others I visited.
Good boots and staff made sure fitting was good for me.
We never discussed prices of boots until I had made my choice, although I did give approximate budget, and what a surprise when I decided on the boots to find out that they were way cheaper than my budget.
Just showing that they are more driven by customer experience than cashing in.
I'd happily paid another £100, I had a round trip of 85miles, but I'd gladly do this every time to get this level of service.
Loads of choice in shop to suit every budget.

Purchased a Scott Back Protector for skiing on 27th December. Jane was incredibly helpful, informative and super friendly. I must say, much more helpful than another certain large outdoor shop in Perth. The quality of products (and service) is reassuring. Next time I’m back from London looking for ski kit, I’ll be back. Great shop. Family owned, reliable and quick turnaround. Had my skis serviced there for a couple of years. They e saved me from a few "season ending" core shots! Couldn't recommend it enough. Support local!

Incredibly helpful, spend ages making sure your kit fits properly. Hey not only welcome you back for befits, they expect it. They want your boots to be as good as they can be. They have lots of ways to alter the fit. Both the skis and boots I bought have been amazing. The ladies in the ski section are proper hugely experienced skiers who you can trust.

Really lovely place to shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A family business. All the good things that retail should be. Long may we support local businesses like this

Great to see the quality shops still on the high streets. Banks of Perth is definitely one of them. Lovely customer service, good advise given in the shop, nice selection of kit.

Knowledge & service on ski boots fabulous. Spent hours (yes, hours) going through the options, boots, liners, footbeds etc. The sales advice and ultimate sale was based on my needs and not the price of the boots. One of the boots needed a slight adjustment, which was done without any fuss and at no extra charge... Not always the cheapest when you compare, but only a marginal difference in boot cost (some makes/models are cheaper there too), so when you take the free adjustment and level of service/knowledge it's a no brainer!

A very high level of expert service from great staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Now always my first port of call for outdoor walking gear and ski gear.

Went in to buy some walking shoes and they were so helpful in making sure I chose the right ones, what kind of socks I should wear, how to clean them etc etc. Amazing service. Don’t think I’d go anywhere else for outdoor wear.

This place has everything you need to go camping, Skiing, Hill walking, Rock climbing and even Abseiling. They have everything you need to do any outdoor sports and the information you need to do it safely.
