North Walsham Fish and Chips

Nice plaice :-) rang though our order, staff were very helpful and patient. After a short wait after arrival (to be expected as the food is fresh) we left with the tastiest fish and chips we have had in a long time. Well done all, we will be back on our next visit. Fintastic and ofishally awesome.

Food is very very good. The service is quite slow but I guess because everything is cooked to order which makes it all super fresh. Definitely recommend.

It was a Friday evening, the queue was out of the door. You don't need to say more to find out the good fish & chip shops. Very busy but the batter is light, the chips are not greasy and the portions provide very good value for money

Large chips is massive, chips are well cooked, with a flavour . Curry sauce, home made is the best I've had in years.
Battered cod ..£5.50 small ...so much flavour, little grease and crispy , light batter. Fantastic.
I can not praise this chip shop enough. I live 9 miles from the shop, but it's 9 miles worth travelling .

Well cooked fish, decent chips and an absolute A grade curry sauce. We had regular size fish, and it was a very generous portion. You'd be hard pressed to find better value and quality.

Banging Fish and Chips. Highly recommend this chippy for those wanting a creamy fish and chips.

It's the best fish and chip shop in North walsham, the portion sizes are brilliant and the staff are very friendly, you can't visit North walsham without visiting this chip shop on Stanley Road.

Very busy, waited a long time from ordering to getting food, but was definitely some of the best fish and chips I have had for a long time! Highly recommended.

Just had my first meal from here and I have to say, hands down one of the best chippys I've ever visited.
After months of hearing my dad rant on about how good it is I finally gave in and walked to the other side of town just to try these, and boys and girls I tell you what, they were amazing.
PERFECTLY cooked chips and fish, wish I'd got the curry sauce, will grab one next time and update.
I don't rate food places unless they really make me feel like I have to. And this place is one to come to.
Think I've found my new spot.

First time customer....had regular cod n chips.....amazing, hot, and presented well. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good portion sizes. Reasonably priced and they take cash or card payments.

Fish was excellent and well cooked. Chips were nice. Only thing I could fault was the curry sauce. Good prices and smiling staff

Great chippy, only issue is the card machine does not work with my phone and Google Pay, have to make sure I have my bank card or cash.
