I often go here and always get exemplary service, I would highly recommend Toolstation, Abingdon. The team Rich, Steve, Mike and Nic have all been a massive help to me solving problems; very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.

Regular visitor to this store, several times a week on average. Rich and the rest of his colleagues are always welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

My husband Kevin regularly visits this branch but is unfortunately unable to read and write however the staff are always extremely helpful and obliging to assist him.
For example, 'Kevin C' spent almost 30-minutes with him to help with his purchase and my husband was really appreciative. On a previous visit, therefore was also an Italian assistant that helped him, too.

I always get great customer service at this branch. My order is usually ready for me to collect within 5 minutes of ordering online. The staff are always very polite and helpful, and are a credit to the company. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

One of the most friendly and helpful staff, I have ever encountered when returning "surplus to requirement" equipment in comparison with other stores.
I did not have the receipt, but the manager sorted out the transaction within minutes with a full refund.

Toolstation always have what you need and have the benefit of being a little cheaper than their competitor(s) on most things. Today I went for speedfit fittings and came away with everything I needed - I didn’t even order ahead, although I usually do to save a bit of time.

Abingdon store benefits from having an extremely nice bunch running the show, especially Louis, the young man at the counter.

I’m not usually one to start a rumour, but I heard that they like it when you show up with chocolate and other sweet treats - mums the word, you didn’t get that from me 😉

Luke was amazing. I tried to describe some bolts I needed. He went to endless trouble to help - when I returned later the same day with the items I needed to bolt together (obviously my description was way out)- he was again really helpful and did the job for me (I'm no DIY expert!). I only spent a few £s - but his service and help went far beyond the call of duty.
If only more sales people had that attitude I'm sure the world would be a better place.

Had to make some last minuets purchase as the handyman was at the house waiting with my phone dead. visited the store. Richard was an absolute gem and helped me the best possible way as quickly as it was possible and without hesitation. thanks a million :)

Ordered a cordless angle grinder with a free offer of a battery & charger; what seemed like a great deal. Popped in to collect only to find that they had no stock of the charger & battery for the freebie.
When I queried this, the assistant said that they had no stock of the freebie. The two assistants there checked again, but no stock.
They both apologised and ordered a new charger & battery to come into store the following day.

Firstly, it's a little poor that Toolstation centrally weren't keeping stock levels up on a special offer that was obviously popular.
Nevertheless, the two staff members were friendly, apologetic and very accommodating in ordering a replacement. A credit to the store.
