I purchased a pair of Ariat Burford insulated Wellington boots on line last Sunday. Delivery turned up this afternoon (Wednesday 10th November) the customer service is without doubt the best I have come acrossed for quite a long time.

My daughter bought myself a pair of Bermuda Chatham deck shoes as a Christmas present, unfortunately too small and needed to exchange for bigger size.
Customer service amazing couldn't do enough , put a pair to one side whilst waiting for return, new pair dispatched next day.

Incredible service, I was hesitant as I haven't ordered from this company before however I need not have worried . The wellingtons I ordered for my husband were despatched and arrived within 48 hours . The boots are amazing thank you. BFR will now be my go to place for all my equestrian goods

Went in looking for Ariat boots. They had loads but unluckily for me my fav pair were not in my size. The lady was helpful, patient and when I finally made my mind up ordered a pair in my size and called me as soon as they arrived. Great produces, fair prices and the highest quality of individuals. Cant recommend enough.

This was a wonderful experience! They stayed open for us, due to our getting lost. Their selection of clothing, boots, and shoes was fantastic. It is a small store, yet “feature rich.” The have a really nice selection of Ariat Western, and Ariat Work Boots; which complement their selection of traditional equin boots. In the end we purchased two pairs of Chathams deck shoes. They do have an online storefront presence.

Placed an order over the phone for rubber matting due to the mud in my field. Delivered the same day by Chris who is so polite,helpful and customer focused. Absolutely great service would definitely recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from BFR…… I called late on in the day with a question before I placed an order and the chap that answered the phone went to check the item was in stock and confirmed he’d wait to check the order and get it dispatched straight away as needed urgently! Beautiful family run livery yard absolutely idealic place lovely family (was just to dam far for me to travel to twice a daw to visit my lad) fields surrounded by stream so clean and well run deff recommend for pony sadly my lad also way to big for the paddocks. X
