Asda Mapperley Express Petrol

Severely disappointed, I was told that nothing would really change besides the colour of the uniform when CO-OP became Asda. How totally wrong were they. The prices have risen considerably, cash back is no longer available and the absolute worst thing is they are not going to accept their own loyalty cards, so not even a little saving or money off coupon every now and again. I am not happy at all. I'm disabled so CO-OP was local to me and I was a regular and loyal customer but sadly it seems ill have to walk further and take my business elsewhere.

0 stars - Staff in their was rude couldn't even say excuse me just stood their looking at me, place is extortionate to say its asda.
I wouldnt go anywhere near their again personally rather drive further to asda in another area where they have manners and aren't so rude!!!

Very Disappointed.Went in for fuel which is got no issue. There was a bit of a que on. Both cashier's were on duty however one had stashed all the reduce to clear stuff items and wanted them for her self. Bad customer service, poor management, theft as no one else could buy them and on duty and not on a break and causing a huge que. Not good at all. This was Friday around 4.30
