Although the complex gets busy over the weekend with so much traffic to get in and out, we had great staff support, which made our shopping easy xx

Needed some medicine of my daughter, the lady at the till was great very helpful and friendly

I was returning adult Incontinence pads (8 packs of 12 each) that was a duplicate order, which I had not been charged for. Staff were friendly. The lady at the till spoke to a manager and very quickly received the order. For my honesty, the manager asked the lady at the till to add 5000 Boots points on my Boots loyalty card, which was a nice gesture! Something I was never expecting. Overall 5* customer service! Boots have always been customer focussed and sorted any problems I have had with my online orders. I will recommend Boots to family and friends. Thank you, Boots!

Very friendly staff member offered to do my makeup for an event I was attending that day all I had to do is purchase 2 items she used excellent service. As I've never worn makeup so I really appreciate the extra mile she went to make me feel fabulous. Excellent range of products to suit all budgets and lots for Black skin also.

I like this store a lot. Shame, they are not able to dispense prescriptions, but as a retired member of staff I understand the reasons.

Plenty of parking around the area so easy enough to get to. I went in during a really hot day to get some suntan lotion and there was a bit if a queue but the staff got that down quite quickly. The employee who served me was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Great experience 👍

Dropped a bottle of cough linctus whilst waiting to be served. Made an right mess.
2 young lady shop assistants came to my rescue and cleaned it all up.
They declined my offer of help and my offer to pay.

This is my local boots and every time I go in I feel welcomed by every member of staff their never too busy to help.
However today I was served by a lovely woman named Sharon she honestly went above and beyond for me. She searched every where for a certain perfume for me. She assured she wouldn’t stop until she found it, and she did find it! Honestly she was so polite and made me feel as if I knew her! Her conversation and presence was warm, she’s a credit to your store and I hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves

I really like this Boots store. I've visited many times and the staff have been really lovely to me and my family. Today, we were served by a lady named Julie. She was absolutely lovely and, as we were buying sun cream, asked where we were going on holiday and showed a real interest in us. The store is always clean and the products are nicely presented. There's also good offers on usually, which is a bonus. Really lovely service again, as usual!

I visited this store today to ask for some advice on psoriasis and how to manage my symptoms. I was taken care of by a lovely lady called Donna. Donna made me feel very welcome and explained to me what psoriasis was and possible causes. She recommended the most effective treatment and gave me excellent advice on how to manage my symptoms.

This is a personal message to Donna who really does deserve the recognition for her outstanding customer service skills. Will certainly make this my regular Boots store.

Some great deals in boots, actually saved £10 on a gas hair wand compared to general online options. Staff were offering money off vouchers too to spend in store on no 7.

Yesterday I went to Boots, my plan was to buy makeup which I haven't worn for 14 years. At first I thought I could do it but when I saw all the cosmetics I felt anxious and not having any confidence. First I went up to the first person and she explained that Kerry who works for Boots is dealing with any queries for makeup/perfumes. So i went to the till where I met Kerry. She was just amazing, patient and helped pick the perfect foundation, powder, lip gloss, eyeliner and mascara (all that I wanted). The colours matched perfectly and I admit, I looked beautiful after trying them when I got home. I just wanted to say a big thank you to your staff but especially Kerry she was just really 👏. I would definitely recommend Boots Longbridge to friends and family.
