Erick and Mayan Princess were exceptional to work with to plan our travels in, around, and out of Flores. To our fault we do not speak Spanish and Erick was prompt and timely with his communication in English. The prices were very competitive with anything else we looked at. Very good travel agency. We did a Tikal tour and it was very good arranged.
Later Jaime helped us by arranging our transportation to Belize, it was so good that we decided to call him for our transportation back from Caye Caulker to Guatemala city. Hè arranged everything , from bus to Flores to a comfortable nightbus to Guatemala city. We had a good and careless trip. A huge thanks to Jaime Olan.

The staff has been really helpful, they answer really quickly on WhatsApp, give us all the informations we needed and advice us on the best ways to go. They are really nice and their prices are good!

Very good support during the whole shuttle process

Adonay was really helpful and also very quick in responding to WhatsApp messages. He helped us getting a shuttle to Tikal (we stayed there two nights), in addition he helped with a guide to Tikal. Finally he also arranged our transport to Belize. The borders just opened up and he researched a lot to get on a shuttle to Caye Caulker. The price he charged is good and cheaper than in our hostel :)

I was very very impressed with this Mayan Princess Travel. We booked with them several times during our trip to Tikal. They went above and beyond on the customer service level. Adonay is very responsive to his whatapp and always picks up the phone if you have any issues. The prices were cheaper than the hostel offers as well.

They checked in with us throughout our trip to Honduras that we booked with them. Adonay went above and beyond to solve some of the issues that we incurred throughout our journey.

I would 100 percent book with them again and recommend you to give them a chance as well. They are definitely running the show in Flores.

Adonay helpt us very well! We wanted to go to Tikal, stay for the night and leave for Belize the next morning. He arranged everything, we were even picked up at our hotel. Tikal was amazing, best guide in the world with a big hart for the Maya culture.

Adonai gave us amazing prices got the Crater Azul tour after comparing with 3 other agencies.
He also organised a great bus for us to Rio Dulce, and gave us a taxi ride for free to drop us at the destination where the bus picked us up - and he had a guy stay with us to ensure we get on the bus without problems.
Really worth the money, this guy responsible and caring.

Would recommend this agency for anyone traveling. I was traveling as a solo female and had excellent safe service the whole time. They were responsive and thorough with all responses and their transportation accomedation were safe and comfortable. The prices were fair and they were kind and helpful along the way. Adonay was my point of reference for communication and checked in with me regularly to make sure everything was going well and I was happy/safe. The Tikal tour was lead by an extremely knowledgeable guide familiar with the Mayan culture, native plants, and land. Five stars all around.

Adonay was so helpful in helping me book both Tikal and then organising me and my friends shuttles. I was the only one going on a shuttle and not only did he still organise the bus for me but the price was still the same!! Very good value and the service was excellent!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Adonay at Maya Princess is super courteous and goes the extra step. Helped me book a bus ticket from Flores to the city. He gave me a ride to the bus station and waited to make sure I got on the bus hassle free
