The beds were comfy, the pool was great to use during the day! Great fruit and produce store right down the street. The best wifi is downstairs in reception. There is still some construction going on at the hotel, but the rooms are a nice size and had everything we needed. Staff were very kind and always willing to help if needed.

Decidimos ir al lago Atitlán y el mejor lugar que encontramos fue hotel crucero atitlan con un servicio excelente y las instalaciones impresionantes las habitaciones la piscina y el Jacuzzi todo nítido

El trato es bueno, tienen agua caliente para un rico baño en un clima muy frio. Tienen mesa de billar, futillo y más diversiones. Poseen piscina y una bella vista al lago de Atitlan
