My brother and I had the BEST experience shopping with Roberto. Everything can be made custom, and between us, we ordered 4 pair of boots which Roberto made perfectly in 4 days, even delivering them to our hotel! You get to customize every aspect of the boots from the color and type of leather, to the shape of the point, what pattern, where it goes, and in what direction, whether to add extra padding, and even what kind of tread on the sole.

While Roberto was making the boots, he messaged us on whatsapp to make sure we got everything we wanted, exactly as we wanted it--down to the stitching. Roberto measures not only your feet size, but the size of your arch, heel, and calf (for tall boots) to make sure that they fit like a glove. There is no "breaking in" of these boots. I wore my tall ones to the airport, on the flight, and all the way home, and I was never once even slightly uncomfortable.

If I ever need new boots, I'd definitely considering paying the shipping to have Roberto make them again.
