Great hotel! Loved the stay and that the hotel guests had access to their own pool and jacuzzi, separate from Santa Teresita. Oliver was so helpful and kind in bringing our bags to the room and explaining how everything works. Great prices for what you get! Hope to be back again!

Beautiful place with amazing views! It is Super clean, friendly & peaceful. Oliver is a really good guy, very kind & helpful with luggage & explaining things to us. All the staff is great & helpful too. Really good food. Also the pools are amazing! Dont forget your spf, i burned a bit haha. I would recommended to anyone that needs to get away & wants a peaceful place.

The hotel itself is very modern and has a sophisticated and cool feel to it. We had lunch and mentioned we would be splitting everything, they were highly accommodating and brought everything out already on separate plates! The doors can be slid open so you are truly dining alfresco! I can not wait to return. The food was absolutely delicious, a step above most Guatemalan restaurants for sure.

Beautiful grounds, the rooms were very special, with living roofs and wonderful sheets. All the pools were fun and the kids had a great time. The restaurant was wonderful also. Staff was helpful and profesional.

Amazing! I highly recommend this place. The rooms are beautiful and the food is amazing. Definitely worth the stay, but there were a lot of children and families during my stay there.

Sehr gute Küche und leckeres Frühstück. Restaurant ist leider vom Ambiente her nicht gemütlich.
Haben uns sehr gut während unserer Rundreise entspannen können.

Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, cómodo, bien equipado y diseñado para descansar y relajarse. Ideal para ir en familia o en pareja. Las instalaciones son de gran calidad. La comida en el restaurante del hotel es variada y deliciosa. Las piscinas, el jacuzzi al aire libre, el sauna y demás amenidades están bien pensadas para que uno las disfrute y pase un momento agradable. Los paquetes de estadía que ofrecen son muy buenos. Hay varios que incluyen el desayuno. Las habitaciones tienen refrigerador y cafetera. Excelente experiencia.

Suficiente parque, cuentan con servicio de bus, para movilizarse dentro de las instalaciones.

Suficiente personal, para atender a los clientes.

Recomendado para pasar un día o aprovechar las promociones que tienen cada mes.

La semana pasada fuimos con la familia, un lugar que vale la pena, la comida muy sabrosa, el Spa muy bueno, su personal muy amable. Vuelvo pronto.
