We went to Centro Peten to change our oils only. They recommend change of tensioner, serpentine belt and water pump clutches which they said is faulty. We agreed as we check the manual saying after 90 miles we should change tensioner. We left the place and the "new"tensioner broke. We are strained along a lonely road. We went to a roadside mechanic and they ask for Q2500 to change the tensioner. We call Centro and ask them to tell us are we overcharge and why the new tensioner broke. They didn't explain nor want to tell us we are heavily overcharge. Finally Centro totally ignore our call. Finally we went to a established motor mechanic and they check the tensioner and said our tensioner is the original one and Centro didn't change for us but he charge us the new part. After many hassle and problem we get our tensioner and belt fixed. We are totally disappointed for the trust we have in Centro. Centro charge us high price & break down our vehicle with their service according to the established mechanic.
