During my three-week stay in Guatemala, at El Paredon, I rented a room at Zoah Café, just 50 meters from the beach. Everything was perfect, a slice of paradise. The proximity to the beach for surfing, spacious room, very clean, and very comfortable bedding were highlights. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. I wholeheartedly recommend this place 100%.

This is my favorite cafe in El Paredon! I’m sad I discovered this place during my last 2 days. Their smoothie bowl is the best I’ve had in Guatemala, the coffee is delicious, and there’s a beautiful open upstairs area with a nice breeze. The sandwiches are made with homemade bread and everything is healthy. And the staff are lovely and so friendly to chat to! I’m looking forward to eating here again when I come back to El Paredon.

Nice atmosphere and vibe! Went there for breakfast and enjoyed the pancakes. Smoothies were also good.
It took quite a bit to bring food for two even though there was only one other table but overall it’s been a good experience.

Went here for breakfast- had a very yummy smoothie! The atmosphere is very nice and chill with comfortable sofa seats. Only thing was service was a little slow and you have to know to order at the bar.

Super chouette endroit, hyper calme car un peu plus éloigné du "centre" de El Paredon. Un peu cher mais assez aligné avec les prix qu'on trouvent sur la plage à El Paredon. Personnel hyper agréable :-)

Nice place to sit, however I turned up and asked if I could sit down and have a coffee - thinking I would be given a menu - and they just bought me an Americano. Thought I would get a menu - I wanted a proper coffee!

El lugar está muy hermoso. La atención es un poco mala porque el personal parece no estar interesado por esforzarse para dar un buen servicio.

I recently visited Cafe Zoah with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The wait time for our breakfast was excessively long, taking about 30 minutes, which was disappointing for a meal that should ideally be served promptly.
The service was underwhelming. Staff members seemed inattentive and unresponsive, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. A friendly and efficient service can often make up for other shortcomings, but this was not the case here.
Furthermore, the portions served were disappointingly small. This might have been overlooked if the quality of the food had been up to par, but, regrettably, it was not. The bread served with the breakfast was dry and tasted stale, lacking the freshness one would expect in a good café. Additionally, the 'Salsicha' (sausage) was not only minuscule in size but also dry, failing to meet basic expectations of taste and texture.
Overall, my visit to Cafe Zoah was underwhelming. The combination of long wait times, poor service, and subpar food quality leads me to not recommend this café. It's a shame, as every customer looks forward to a pleasant dining experience, especially when it comes to starting their day with a good breakfast.
