La Hamaca Hostel

I loved it here! We got the private room, which had A+ AC and a shared bathroom, but no one was in the other room, so it was private. The bed was comfy, there was a ton of closet space, and the dock that faces the water was exceptional! They serve super healthy food and drinks from 6AM - 2PM, so we would start our day slowly on the beautiful deck with smoothies, omelettes, coffee, etc. Great experience and perfect island vibes.

One of the best coffee taste. Staffs are friendly and polite. Very nice beautiful patio to sit and enjoy a meal and coffee. Wifi is also ok.

I haven't stayed in the hostel so i have no idea about that part.

Pink Flamingo Restaurant review: delicious, seaside cafe. After visiting once I couldn't keep away--came everyday.
FOOD: It's hard to find delicious vegetarian/vegan options in northern Honduras, but this place hit the spot! (If not everyone in your group is vegetarian then they can add meat to any meal).
LOCATION: walking distance to the ferry. You can see the ferry enter the harbor, so it is a good place to eat and jump in the sea while waiting.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY: We brought our girl who turned one year old during our trip. She played with the owner's two year old son. We had to helicopter around her since this restaurant is surrounded by sea on three sides. Older children would be in seventh heaven since they can swim in the sea there.

Great little hostel. Lovely people. Pink Flamingo Cafe was wonderful. Say hi to Elsa for me.

Close to everything you could need or want! After a tiring long journey
jumped into the sea from the terrace and it brought my crew straight
back to humanity with energy for the social area which was a big highlight
for all of us, we met such incredible life long friends from all over
the world.Staff super friendly and accomodating which helped ease us
into the unfamiliar space.Overheard a pair of expats complaining it
was hot in their rooms in the late afternoon as the AC/C was off but
maybe they didn't understand the much needed electricity conservation
in such an economy, ALSO why are you inside on such a beautiful day?!?!
Rooms well kept! 3 showers and 3 toilets for 22 of us but they were well
kept throughout our 2 week stay and all of us had no problems!

PS- I am a South African going to Sweden next week with a girl I met
burshing my teeth with at 3am in the morning , 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to do a short stay in Utila. Their options are very well priced and the hostel has a great location, pretty much close by to anything you'll need. The staff was really friendly, thats what appreciated the most, Laid back friendly people. Place was clean and restrooms well maintained. The social area is really the best. Right in front onf the sea, very well kept and very clean, great for swimming. This place is really a good deal, totally recommended!

You don't have to be staying at the hostel to stop by and enjoy their evolving cocktail menu. Newly open, staff is cheerful and the place looks great. Miami beach house vibe (teal, pink), bright and airy on the water. Unicorn and flamingos floaties. Swinging chairs, and lounge seats. Great place for sunset or an afternoon.

I fell in love with this place ( Las Hamacas Hostel,)in San Pedro Sula but I left my soul and heart berries here in Las Hamacas Utilas. Beautiful memorable place to meet amazing humans, experiences and life moments.

Very nice everything I not have words for our experience over there clean peaceful and also a very good attention of the receptionist name fernanda honestly It was perfect everything if someone want to go a nice motel with a nice view I recommend this place

Es mi lugar favorito en utila, excelente atención personalizada, y céntrico, hay acceso fácil al transporte, las bebidas y comida son una maravilla. Excelente lugar para bañar, privado.

Great stay at Hamaca! A three minute walk from the ferry and you arrive at the link coloured building equipped with a full bar and multi floor deck. You can enjoy the the beautiful Utila sunset with a peace of mind. We stayed in the private room, which was spacious enough for 4 guests. It was well priced and worth much more if you take into account the proximity to everything. Cant wait to be back for more giant Jenga and fresh Pina coladas. See you soon!

Excelente hospedaje! Queda a tres minutos de el ferry caminando. Sillasy hamacas que miran el mar, uno puede disfrutar un atardecer increíble.Tiene un bar con bebidas exquisitas y las muchachas que lo manejan son muy amables y hospitables. El lugar es económica, pacifico, y cómodo para dormir. Nos vemos en la siguiente visita!
