Must try. Great stop along the fjord for the freshest oysters around. The clams were great too!

Neat local no frills place with its own charm and chimes made out of oyster shells. Went there for 2 euro oysters freshly shucked in front of us paired with little glasses of white wine. It's not often that I get to eat freshly sourced oysters by the seaside, and I relished every one of them.

great spot to enjoy fresh oyster with a glass of wine. It's a production unit, so don't search for fancy things. A little expensive i would say, but the product is special. Me and my family enjoyed very much the simplicity and the fresh taste of the oysters.

Great location! Friendly fisherman pulled the oyster right out of the water for us! Don't visit during high season, to much people, and the feeling of the silent fjord gets lost.

This place was a target destination of ours in the middle of a long bike journey from Trieste to Pula. Biking in was bliss. We sailed down the side of the fjord and down a smaller dirt road to come upon what is truly a shack with oysters. There’s only oysters and wine. And both and bangin’. We filled up on dozens of oysters each and a couple glasses of wine. The only downside was the devastating uphill on the way out of the base of the fjord, where all I wanted to do was give up and turn back and eat more oysters for the rest of my days.

Such a magical place. You get served fresh oysters and sea truffles by a fisherman in a fisherman’s hut so this place provides genuinely real experience. Right when we entered we got offered prosseco that was well chilled and it was a great complement to the meal. It is a bit on the pricey side but worth it. We had a great time there.

The oyster is from his farm, the sea truffles (which I loved) are wild and they dive for them. (Just to avoid the surprice, everything is raw, but if you consider this place, you probably know it 😄). If you don't say anything, Tony just brings the "standard" amount, on the picture is for 4 ppl (there is no menu). If you want something different, talk to Tony ^^
13 kuna/piece, which is pretty good! We paid with cash (I don't think card is accepted), as I remember 360 kuna for the plate and 6 glass of wine (it wasn't my favourite, but it was okay). The restaurant itself is the pier/boat? floating on the water, we loved it!

A very cool and refreshing location, right on the water.
The best and most fresh oysters you will ever taste.
Combined it with a glass of white wine and you are in for a treat.

Saw this place on No Reservations and had to come. A dream come true and exactly what I expected. The best shell fish meal I've ever had served by a friendly host. It's true you should ask prices before ordering but for the amount of fresh oysters, clams, and mussels we got it was totally worth it. Not to mention the homemade wine and champagne. Thanks for a dream come true!

My first adventure today was to visit Tony’s Oyster Shack, which I read about in Condé Nast Traveler magazine and it was everything I’d hoped for and more; Tony is a shucker extraordinaire, with a great personality! There’s nothing better than freshly shucked oysters and clams, with Croatian Malvasia wine in plastic wine glasses on the Limski kanal to start the day!

Awesome oysters, real typical guy, no restaurant

Not fancy but very typical and very straightforward.

We had such an amazing time and experience at the Oyster Shack. They harvested the oysters right in front of us from the water and served them fresh in minutes. Nice people and the views are amazing.

Fresh oysters we love it and always stop by. It is very authentic. But don't expect a cheap place.

A place to go...the food is delicious. Fresh shells straight from the sea.

We enjoyed mussels in the hut. Next to the Fjord. Together with a refreshing Malvasia.

A must stop for all seafood lovers. A very chill and relaxed atmoshphere, serving raw seashells and great malvazija wine. Nothing fancy here, but thats what makes it special :)
