Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

We’ve traveled to luxury hotels around the world and this is top 3 we’ve ever stayed in. The staff and service is over the top good. Clean, modern and welcoming. Asked for firmer pillows and they came quick. The room service breakfast was very good, accommodated a late checkout and helped with a messed up reservation. I wish we had stayed more than 1 night. Very good family room set up with the connecting rooms. Free water in the rooms was a great touch. I would come back to Croatia just to stay here.

We have stayed in many hotels, and I typically prefer small boutique to large resorts, but this hotel and our stay were exceptional. The staff is welcoming, genuine, helpful and offered us assistance with anything we needed or thought we might. We had a massage at the spa and immediately booked a second. Our room, with the private plunge pool, was spacious, modern and had an amazing view. The bars and restaurants are superb and our dinner at Cap Aureo for my birthday our last night was wonderful, and the wines were well suited to our tastes. Honestly, we wished we stayed longer and would happily return. It was perfect.

My stay at the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj was absolutely fantastic, and I want to share my positive impressions with you and others.

From the moment I made the reservation, I felt exceptionally welcome. Your staff was extremely accommodating and professional, always ready to assist and answer any questions. I received all the information I needed promptly which made trip planning a breeze.

The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the daily housekeeping was outstanding.

However, what impressed me the most was the top-notch service I experienced throughout my stay. The hotel staff was always at my disposal, ready to provide assistance or recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

I would like to highlight the wonderful spa center aat the hotel.

In the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, I felt like I had found a little oasis of luxury and relaxation. This experience truly exceeded all my expectations, and I will undoubtedly return.

it was a remarkable stay at your hotel. I travel often but I have not experienced such an awesome environment in a long time. Your facility is beautiful, breakfast amazing but most of all: Your staff is just great - every single employee from cleaning, bar to breakfast, reception to pool goes above and beyond in their friendliness and service focus. The Spa treatment was literally the best I ever had.
What I liked most is that they do it with an ease an smile and still being very approachable and not too stiff (which sometimes happens in 5 star hotels) that it made the stay even more relaxing. I actually just booked my second stay with you because the experience was just outstanding.

Great stay.

From the get-go, warm welcome, spectacular views, efficient check-in.
Room was clean and functional and with all the promised amenities.
Throughout our stay we were impressed by the overall professionalism of the staff and the quality of the facilities.

Breakfast was superb with many local offerings.

Staff took excellence care of my needs. One night, at around 9PM, I called the reception because there was some loud music (thumping basss) coming from the bar downstairs. They took action, the bar manager lowered the volume of the music because within a few minutes i could not hear any noise from downstairs, and they called me back to update me and apologize. I would say this is good. What is excellent is that at breakfast the following morning the staff tracked me down and notified me there was going to be an event that might be noisy (turned out to be a wedding reception) at the same place the day after, and so they offered to switch rooms. I took them up on their offer, and it was the same kind of room just far removed from the bar. Very happy that they noted my desire for quiet and they made sure that I could have a quiet room. Much appreciated!

I mean... Where to begin? It's probably the most beautiful hotel I've been to with the best view and a location out of this world - at least for this region. The staff is great, as is everything else. I especially like the spa and pool area. If there was anything I would potentially change it's the selection of wine by glass, it could be better (just in comparison to everything else). I was mesmerized.

The most incredible experience. The stay was amazing, super super friendly staff, amazing room, one of the nicest spas I have seen plus the location itself is a winner. We shall be back for sure, thank you for such a wow experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

It was the best experience. Politeness and accomodating staff was beyond expectations. They did everything they could to make the stay as perfect as it could be, greatly appreciated. The extra comfortable beds, omg, best in the world, the best view, food, spa, everything was perfect. Can't find a fault! Loved it, can't wait to be back.

Among all the 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during our 5-week trip to Germany, Slovenia, and the Balkan countries, Grand Park was the best. I'm sharing photos so you can see for yourself :) The hotel offered great food, amazing views, kind staff, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and excellent amenities.

It was our 2nd time to visit this hotel, so we kind of knew what to expect - only the best. And all started in that direction. However it changed a bit during the dinner where service looked a bit confused. However the food and wine were great, tasty and even a bit better prepared than 2 years ago. We were surprised that this dish is still in the menu, however since it tasted great - that was a pleasant surprise. The lowest point of our visit was 1st breakfast when the hotel was packed and service certainly did not know how to cope with such high number of guests. Waiting time was too high and ordered food from the kitchen was average. Although serviced buffet food was still great. Then we saw very pleasant birthday surprise. That convinced us from writing bad reviews on the net after such a breakfast we had the same morning. And with alcohol (or in real life) all started to be 5 star again. Room was shining, next morning breakfast was as it used to be before, with a note that food from the kitchen is not at the level it used to be 2 years ago. Also coffee on our 2nd breakfast was much better! Actually excellent. While 1st morning cappuccino was 6 out of 10. The rest of the stay, including wellness was very good, except that one steam bath seems to have issues in wellness area. But everything else was perfect. And at our leaving the premisses, we got a small surprise present. Very nice touch. And finally, before traveling back, we dared to get a sandwich and some middle-east bread with some green asparagus. Sandwich was 9/10 while this other dish was too salty so 7/10.

It was amazing! The best family holiday we ever spent!

We spend a month traveling in Croatia and The Grand Park Hotel at Rovinj was our last stop. It was the perfect spot to relax and pamper ourselves. It has a nice pool, spa and very good restaurants.

We brought our bikes with us and they had bike boxes to storage them safely. The breakfast-brunch is really delicious and varied. We tried the bar and the stake house restaurant that were very nice.

The marina next to the hotel is a really cool place to take a walk and enjoy the views.

From the start to finish excellent service. We went for a stroll in the morning along the beach before breakfast great way to start the day. Views are amazing all day into the evenings.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Worth every penny.

Such a wonderful hotel and area to holiday! The staff are friendly, diligent and very professional, the hotel is stunning, modern but classy with the perfect balance of luxury and convenience. We had such a perfect time here we’ve just booked again for next year. Everything you could want from a top class holiday with the added bonus of a lively, beautiful old town just a 10 minute walk away.

We will definitely visit again, but not during school holiday. As a teacher, I love working with teenagers, but sharing a pool with them is a different story 😆

One of the most stunning hotels in Croatia. The location itself is breathtaking and the architecture, if you’re into that sort of things, will sweep you off your feet. Stylish, elegant, classy, timeless. I came to visit as a photographer for a Swedish couple that eloped to Rovinj and we spent first half of the day there. Then we took a boat ride (hotel has their boat for transfers to the beach on St Katarina island). Staff is super kind and you just feel special. My warm recommendations for this stay! It’s not just stay, it’s an experience.

Very nice hotel offering everything you need, but sometimes for a pretty high price. The quality whatsoever almost compensates the high prices, because it is a luxury hotel and that's what you get.

Amazing experience as always! Even though the weather was bad, due to hotel perfection the weather was not a problem at all. Will be back soon!

We love Rovinj and were happy to be im August finally back after COVID - it was our first time at “Grand Park” (before we were since it’s opening 15 years ago regular guests at the also great sister hotel “Lone”), but the new flagship of “Maistra” hotels is for sure THE place to be here!
It has the perfect location at the edge of Rovinj’s beautiful bay, directly at the yacht marina and close to the the centre with the historic old town. The modern and stylish state of the art building with its 5 into the hill built floors looks from outside like a cruise ship and is carefully made under all aspects of sustainability and a lot of green terraces, which create an intimate and unique atmosphere from all rooms.
“Grand Park” offers great Croatian 5 star hospitality with spacious rooms and suites which have all private balconies to the park or the seaside and leave no wish open. Beautiful ambient, design and interior all over the place. Great SPA with private garden, a gym and an all-season 50m indoor-outdoor pool additionally to the regular huge infinity pool at the terrace with comfortable sun beds.
Private park garage included. Direct access to the marina in front. Free rental bikes. Outstanding: Free Buggy shuttle service to the old town, the beach, the marina or the nice restaurant “Lovor” at the lush Golden Horn Park - and free boat service to the hotel island “Sv. Katarina”.
Cigar lounge, ballroom, meeting rooms. Food and drinks are excellent, the service everywhere is very kind and attentive.
Fantastic breakfast at 4 locations, the latest even until 13:00 o’clock! Great bar and 6 excellent restaurants from pizza, sweets and steaks at the promenade over poolside day restaurant to light Mediterranean cuisine on 4th floor with terrace - crowned by Michelin Star “Agli Amici” overlooking the marina and the special signature “Cap Aureo” with an amazing view and serving up to 20 small unique courses. Great choice of pairing wines & drinks everywhere, of course!
The best: The unbeatable breathtaking view over the Adriatic Sea to the picturesque peninsula with the romantic old town, the marina and the island Sv. Katarina => combined with the ultimate luxury and perfect service one of the best places I have ever seen!
