Best place to spend your summer vacations at. Great food, perfect scenery, swimming pools, beautiful beach and lots of activities for both adults and children. The apartments are amazing and the place is always clean and in perfect condition. If you have children this is the place to go.

Pleasant restaurant, very tasty, quality food and friendly staff. Wide selection and very pleasant, helpful owner. A very large and well-equipped resort, which in its concept is similar to such facilities in the vicinity of Belek

It was an absolute blast staying at the resort. The selection of the buffet meals were outstanding! Everyday housekeeping (replacement of toilet paper and removal of garbage) did not happen at first, but once it was brought under management's attention, it also improved.
The rooms with the extended balconies are clean & well-maintained, and the outside areas are clean & neat.
The staff are very professional and friendly.
Will definitely recommend this resort!

The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. The available activities are interesting, the beach is lovely, and I especially liked the outdoor gym/fitness area. The staff is exceptionally pleasant, polite, efficient, and professional. One particularly magically wonderful young lady brought me a double macchiato on a special plate during lunch, despite not serving coffee after breakfast. I will definitely come again!

The resort is very big and beautiful with lots of green spaces that are very well kept. It’s located in a pine forest, there are plants everywhere. We booked a premium mobile home. It is small but comfortable, with two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace. Everything was very clean and modern, they changed the towels after three days (you need to take them outside on the terrace to let them know). The staff was responsive to any issues we had, they changed our gas tank very quickly when it ran out. You can literally find anything on camp, it’s true that you need to pay extra for some services but that didn’t bother us. Lots of parks and fun activities for kids. Despite the size and the big number of people, it was quiet at night and the beach was not crowded. We really had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

The place is great! Lots of pools and kids activities.. the beach is wide so no need to worry about no place to stay. The resort is very big that you need to walk around 600meters to 1000meters to get to the pool and beach side(depends also on your location) there’s also a mini train that will run around the resort for the guests not to get tired walking up and down to the beach area.

I was staying in an apartment with my boyfriend and his family. We had a great-looking apartment which was about 10 minutes from the beach. In this resort is anything you may need like a lot of activities, a beach, pools, souvenir shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and a doctor. Fauna and Flora are beautiful here. If you want a good restaurant which has relatively good prices I recommend BEPO.

Zaton Holiday Resort is a true gem! It is located in a fantastic environment and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The beach is stunning, the sea is crystal clear, and the sandy shore is perfect for relaxation and sunbathing. There are plenty of entertainment options for children, and water sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and carefree stay. The half-board meals were excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the food was delicious and fresh.

During our time in the apartment, we were completely enchanted by the beauty and neatness of the rooms. The decor was modern and elegant, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. We had all the comforts we needed, and we truly felt at home during our stay.

Overall, Zaton Holiday Resort is a true paradise. It is located in a stunning environment, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beach is wonderful, and the food is tasty. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect vacation and entertainment, especially for families. I am certain that we will return here in the future!

Had a fun stay with my colleagues. The apartments were clean and roomy with almost new furniture and the staff handled any issues admirably.

The food was good and varied. For any special dietary preferences for some special meals (like late dinner for party and birthday cakes), we very easily agreed in advace to get them and the staff made sure all was executed perfectly.

The team had a lot of fun at the beach playing picigin as the shallows were perfect for it and they also had a great time at the pool park. We also rented kayaks, SUPs, ans bikes that several of our team members enjoyed.

The new location, Ventula, is beautiful and the team working there was awesome for both our party and our pub quiz.

The reception staff handled our check-in for around 150 people smoothly and the cooperation in organizing everything with their sales team (Andrija) was great. They helped us organize rafting on Zrmanja for 70 people and horseback riding for almost 40 people in one day.

Additionally, we organized a big sports competition and the animation staff helped us organize adventure golf and rope pulling which were huge hits.

We were all very happy with the stay.

Some sheets were dirty and stained but all in all it was clean and comfy. See isn't the best but pools are the heaven. Food in restaurant is yummy but too simple. Thing I don't like is that there is no soap towel paper or things like that included?!? Also hair dryer.

Best camp so far. The cleanest camp ever find. We will come back for sure!

Maybe to add more content for adults, like unplugd concert, beach bar which work late etc.

An amazing resort with a lot of activities and veeery child friendly.
The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning, the room we stayed in also had a small kitchenette if you wanted to cook your own food.

We got the all inclusive package and the food was amazing and freshly made every day. They had a lot of food options including vegan and vegetarian options.

It's extremely safe there, there is staff that rides around the resort regularly during the night on electric scooters and if you get lost (the location is huge) they're more than happy to assist.

There are also a lot of shops for souvenirs and different beach equipment/accessories that are reasonably priced.
There is also a mini market on-site for different needs.

They have a lot of activities for children including joyrides, sandboxes, wall climbing and rope climbing. they also have an outdoor theater for children with regular shows.

The staff was amazing and spoke perfect english. We had an issue with the toilet when we got there, we reported it to the reception staff and within 20 minutes it was fixed.
There were only 2 negative aspects I observed during our stay.

The first one was that the rooms (that our family stayed in) didn't have any kind of insect net on the windows, and if we wanted to let in some fresh air, mosquitos and flies would just come in unimpeded.

The 2nd one and I hope management reads this and makes amends is that the wifi/internet network is terrible. The login page doesn't work, the wifi disconnects you after 5 minutes because you are not logged in but you can't login because the login page doesn't work.

Additionally when I did manage to connect to the wifi, I could see every smart TV in the resort because all of them or at least a lot of them were on the same network and I could cast any clips on any of the TVs that were active. This is a serious problem and I hope it gets fixed because basically, anyone with a smartphone can project ANYTHING and I do mean anything they want on unsuspecting families smartTVs.

All in all it was an amazing stay and would definitely go there on vacation again.

Zaton Holiday Resort is a holiday village near Zadar ín Croatia. It offers various types of accomodations from classic camping through mobile houses till 4* apartments. We were in a quite big, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen corner apartment (ideal for 5-6 people) together with our 3 children. The apartment fulfilled our requirements, IT was equipped with all the necessary stuffs.

Official check-in time is 4 PM but early check-in is possible, depending on availability. We were able to do it just before 3. While the official check-out time is 9 AM, 10 is totally ok from their side.

Most of the services are payable independently, the apartment cost contains only the general usage of the pool area and the beach. Note, the sun beds, umbrellas etc. costs arounr 5,5 EUR per a day.

You can't collext your consumptions into your hotel card/account but you have to pay for everything ön the spot. In almost the whole area we were able to use our credit (or debit) cards for payment of different services, except of boat trips, boat/jet-ski etc. rentals and on the small train to Nin.

You can pay for breakfast and/or dinner (half-board) but you can choose from different restaurants and bars within the area or you can buy from the market, bakery or grocery.

The beach is prepared, sandy, ideal for little children as well.

Renewed resort. Excellent place for the family as kids all ages are taken care by animators during the day. For parents that really want to enjoy the well deserved holiday.

Another great experience @zaton holiday resort.

We stayed in mobile homes. It's our 6th time I think. The homes are clean, with every functionality you need. We walk every day down to the beach and all the way back. Great move 🙂

There are plenty of nearby activities. Zadar, national parks, Velebits and so on. For kids there are a lot of playgrounds on the resort.

We feel secure in Croatia and also in the resort. No worries at the beach, no worries at the playgrounds. Our single thing is about the pine trees. May fall in bad weather.

There are plenty of food&drink locations. You can vary food every meal. A bit crowded but we need to show patience and empathy to others 🙂

Our kids requested another year, so wait for us in 2024. Many thanks for 2023! 🙏

Zaton is a huge resort and even though it’s the height of summer, it doesn’t feel over populated. Waterpark is fantastic and various pools/splash parks for all ages. Only gripe about the pool area is the serious lack of lifeguards - just 1! There’s a train to take you from different pick up points within the resort, runs quite frequently but gets full quite quickly.

Food - really hit and miss, we’ve dined in several restaurants on site and the only one we can rate is Konoba Bepo - excellent choices and served hot/fresh - with a lobster tank should the €140 price tag tempt you. Staff super friendly and very attentive.

Great place for sunny holidays. Sand beaches, all you need in one place. Supermarket right outside the site and Nin one K away with many good restaurants.

Sea level is really low and sea temperature boiling 😎Sea shore is nicely done, many shadow spots where you can hide from sun if needed.
We are going there 3td time in a row.

Huge resort for camping/glamping and with apartments, perfect for families.
Soo many activities during the day for the kids eg kids club and swimming schools. Our kids loved especially the mascot Zatonino and the daily shows and musicals in the theatre at night.
They also enjoyed both the huge pool area and the sandy sea.
