Very very polite and kind service from both medical and food/drink consumption. Beautiful nature nicely maintained. There is space for improvement, but at higher price range.

For some reason that is hard to put in words, I love this place. It has a scent of old times that can turn someone off. But, the pool is big, the water is clean and warm, the toilets and showers are modern and the entry is cheap. And if you are lucky, you will share all of that with the maximum of couple of dozens people. I have only visited the pool, I don't know anything about the accommodation.

I stayed here when I was in the British Army serving with the UN during the War. Obviously, it will be completely different now, but I have fond memories of it. I imagine you don't have to fill Jerry cans of water from the Hot Spring outside and carry them up 2 flights of stairs to wash and flush the toilet with now :-)

We stayed in the hotel and had our headquarters in the school up the road. I don't know if the school is still there.

Just for interest, our job was to man the checkpoints on the Sisak and Karlovac crossings. Quite an upsetting time looking back. When on the Karlovac crossings, we used to pick apples from trees in the back gardens of the abandoned homes along the road. Sounds relatively mundane, until you realize we had to navigate the Anti Personel mines in the gardens, relatively easy though with some local knowledge from the local militia who had laid them.

Great place. Nice open pools with variety of choices as well as the closed pool for the winter time. You can always stay the night at the hotel or drink something in nerby cafe. Great deal for a small place.

The staff is perferect as well as the atmosphere. One feels more then just relax, feels completely human! Keep going like that and thank you!
