Our recent stay at Villa Maria in Split, Croatia was nothing short of a memorable and delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the family who runs the property welcomed and made us feel right at home.

The family managing Villa Maria was incredibly hospitable and friendly. They were always available to assist us with any questions we had and provided us with fantastic tips and recommendations to make the most of our time in Split. Their genuine interest in ensuring our enjoyment and comfort was evident throughout our stay.

The accommodation at Villa Maria was comfortable and cozy, offering a perfect retreat after long days of our remote work week. Our room was well-appointed and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided for a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights of our trip was the boat trip organized by the family. It was worth every penny. The boat trip took us along the stunning Croatian coastline, providing us with breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque landscapes. The captain of the boat Dario was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting insights about the area during the journey. As the boat trip concluded, we were treated to a magnificent sunset over the city of Split, a truly unforgettable moment that will stay with us.

Villa Maria's location was ideal for our vacation. Situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, we were able to enjoy a tranquil setting away from the city's hustle and bustle. However, the city center was still easily accessible, allowing us to explore the famous Diocletian's Palace, charming old town, and other attractions with great convenience.

If you are looking for a comfortable, and welcoming accommodation near Split, Villa Maria is the perfect choice for an enjoyable stay. We would gladly return here whenever we find ourselves in Split again.

Lovely place to stay with family! We were traveling through all Dalmatian coast, stayed in many different apartaments and kids rated Villa Maria as the best one! Also owners offers a boat trip and will do everything to make you happy, just ask! Highly recommended!

Mooie locatie om te zitten. +/- 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Je hebt beschikking tot een leuk zwembad in de tuin en (als het rijp is) kunnen er meerdere soorten fruit geplukt worden. Super leuk. De beheerders zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpunt: het bed. Ik heb een slechte rug en kon de veren voelen. De schoonmaker had door omstandigheden duidelijk wat minder zijn/haar best gedaan. Verder helemaal prima.

Avoid it during this epidemic situation : they are not able to refund you even a part of your booking if you cannot travel because of COVID. Even after a call of booking, they refused to make any effort. Avoid it.
