Residence Elody

It's hard to imagine a better place to hang out in Funtana.

Residence Elody is located in a very quiet side street, from which the beach is about 300 meters away, and the best restaurants on the main street are less than 200 meters away. About 60 meters from the apartment there is a Market.

Our apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a large living room. The terrace is also quite large, overlooking the free car park belonging to the apartment. The added value is the swimming pool open 24 hours a day with a break for cleaning. During the storm there are minor problems with WI fi. Other defects have not been observed;)
I recommend with all my heart and I greet Mateo, who is happy to tell you where to eat and where to go to see something that is not included in tourist guides; -o

Hallo wir waren im Juli in der Unterkunft. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe was gut ist. Nur leider hört es jetzt auch schon auf.
Schimmel in den Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnraum. Es war dreckig und staubig die Waschbecken waren nicht sauber. Einmal ist mir was runtergefallen unter dem Waschbecken wo dann ganz viele verschiedene Haare dran waren. Die Terrasse ungepflegt. Der Pool hat einen grünen Rand und wurde in knapp zwei Wochen nicht einmal gereinigt. Ich habe selbst die ganzen Blätter rausgeholt.
Dem Anbieter sind die Beschwerden wegen dem Schimmel egal. Meine Frau ist Allergikerin und es gab keine wirkliche Rückmeldung. Traurig auf den Bildern sah es sehr schön. Nie wieder werden wir dort nächtigen.

Wir waren im Juli dort, tolles Appartement und Pool. Es hat und an nichts gefehlt. Empfehle es weiter.

We stayed here for a week. The location is good and in between the beach and the restaurants and shops. The apartment is bright and spacious, the beds and sofabed were ok and the kitchen well equipped, though there are several small issues that annoyed us such as the poor shower design that leaves the whole bathroom flooded after shower, and you need to frequently hang towels to dry, the curtains don’t shut fully so you can’t black out properly, the WiFi is very poor. There is a small safe but it’s not mounted so it’s easy for anyone to take it and therefore useless. There is a shack beside the terrace and the staff store their cleaning and repairs equipment in there so pass by the terrace and windows regularly interfering our privacy. They cleaned the inner sides of the pool with chemicals while we were in the pool which made us leave. Overall nice place but they can easily fix a few things to make this better.
Parking was available in front of the house which was great.
