Maistra Camping Valkanela

Love our stay, we booked two houses with the pool in the middle.

The free pools are great, water is of good quality. Plenty of space for kids to play as well, many playgrounds. The whole camp site is very clean and tidied often by the staff.

Prices are fair for everything. We booked the next year as well!

It’s the second time we spend the summer holiday here and for us is perfect. The mobile homes are spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Really clean and very maintained location. Some mobile homes have a share pool which is really nice for the kids or for the moments you don’t feel you want to go to the beach. You can find everything inside the campus or on a radius of 2km outside. Is a good location for all types of travelers at any age.

Nice camp, clean, on nice beach, a lot of nice facilities. Around 60-70€ for 3 person in camper, july '23. A bit too big for my taste. Far from our place to all facilities (4min walk). You have to have some kind of wheels. Nice path for bike to city (3km).

Camping is very big, we spent few days in the mobile houses (Forrest Escape) with a plenty of children playgrounds. Camping has several beaches - rocky, pebbles, but there was also small part with sand, which was ideall for children. There are several restaurants, mostly offering very similar food.
Mobile houses were nice and very clean, they exchanged our towels after 3 nights.

This year they rearranged the reception, put up quite a few mobile homes.
The surroanding area is very beautiful well kept, sanitary facilities are clean, the employees (my favorites are Filip, Hana, Anamarija, Goran, Elio and Vedran) are friendly and polite.
There is not much shade on the beach, but there is enough space in the area arround where you can get away from the sun.
I personally really like it here and higly recommend it to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed at mobile home for couples with superior view. The house is located right next to the beach. The view from our terace was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset :) Mobile home is equipped with everything you need. It was extra clean and everything is new. We could use the wifi. There was enough space to park our car. The staff was helpful. There are many activities in the camp,water and regular activities(kayaking, SUP, tennis,volleyball, activities in the pool.. ). We will come back again for sure!

It is a very nice camping site, located on the sea, my family really enjoyed it. We stayed in the end of May 2023 and we will come back in september. The pool and the restaurants are really good. But the sunsets on the beach are amazing. It is a nice and clean camping site, and the mobilehomes that my friends booked are WOW!

Great, looking place a lot of place for campers but also you can always choose a mobile house. The localization is excelent for people who are looking for a camp really close to the sea. If you are in need of basic stuff there is a also a market there where you can get some. In addition there is a outside pool with a restaurant, there is many variations of pizza to choose there. It's worthy to go there.

Wonderful camp site. Situated on two peninsulas, loads of shaded pitches , different mobile homes standards. Great pool area , children club.
Cleanliness at every sanitary station . Few restaurants, bars, so and bakery.
We will definitely come back one day.

Lovely site with excellent, well maintained facilities. The maintenance and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many immaculately kept swimming pools and the variety of gelato at the Kapula beach bar was good, as well as being delicious!

Verry nice situated camping . Nice sea. Cool glamping style lodges. The camping is situated on a lagoon. Very good restaurants inside the camping. Recommended

Cool camp site with great program for kids, If u want. Otherwise just camp and enjoy

We stayed in premium mobile house and it was clean, everything was working fine, amount of kitchen appliances is ok but nothing extra special, just basic things. Beach is very nice, not to much of people - but we were here in end of June. There is all lot of sport activities, a beach bar, some rental offers, mini golf, volleyball... Enough for spending some good time in Valkanela Camp. Recommending for families.

Great camping, nice beach and swimming pool. A lot off big pitches to store your mobile home. Camping is quit big but it does not feel like that when you are located around the lake. Campingowners are improving every year hopefully try proceed this standard for the whole camping and maintain the renovated toilet buildings and swimming pool.

We were on a 3-day gateway and this place is amazing! We were located in deluxe mobile homes with pool, BBQ and nice green backyard, it's perfect for families with kids.. It's hard to imagine that such small houses have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (which are not small at all) and fully equipped and practical kitchen, and great terrace.. Camp has everything you need for great vacation, pools, the sea of course, beautiful beaches, tennis, table tennis, beach clubs, trampoline.. prices of food and beverage are quite high for local tourists, but service is good.. All in all, we are definitely coming back!

Great Campsite for a Family Vacation. Prices could be a little lower but hey ist was High Season when we was there.
Restaurants, Supermarkt, Animation, Open Air Cinema and so on. Lifeguards at some Parts at the Beach.

Waiting time at the reception was very Long but the staff is very friendly and gives their best to make ist quick.

Also the back Gate at the Hotel was closed without any reason….

Our stay at Valkanela was lovely. The campsite is beautiful and the staff were delightful, always with a smile on their face and ready to help us with all our requests. The general manager assistant Valentina was a true host and made us feel just like at home. We cannot thank her enough and would recommend everyone to come here! We are booking again and cannot wait to come back!

Very good campsite. Main reception looks old and surly needs renovation, but everything else is good. Nice beach for kids, everything is clean, pool is great and nice flowers in the garden. Will surely return.

Great camp, green, clean with very good staff! Love it!

It has lovely restaurant with good food, nice big pool, many kids playgrounds, great beach, bar and bakery.
