Park Plaza Verudela Pula

Spent here 2 days and can say food was great and quite a range of options availble for lunch and breakfast. Rooms are nice size with good bad and mattress, decent size TV and comfortable bathroom.

Really great place . Lots to do in the area for my older kids like night sea kayaking , fantastic snorkeling and boat tours from Pula. Apartment was well equipped with kitchenette and spacious bedrooms. Food and drink very reasonable onsite and our favourite was the pool bar and restaurant . Would highly recommend. Pity though there are not direct flights from Ireland but had a stopover in London and spent a day sightseeing around the city .

We had amazing 4 day stay here! You don’t need to go anywhere. There is supermarket, pharmacy and hair saloon too .🤪

Staff were supportive and rooms, premises are clean.

Only drawback is water in the swimming pool is salty but other than that everything was so perfect.

We really liked the 2-level comfortable sea view apartments, panoramic pools, as well as the beautiful well-kept territory and perfectly clean beaches. The staff is very friendly, they try to help in everything. Many opportunities for active recreation and sports: tennis courts, football and golf fields, rental of bicycles, skateboards, etc. Pets are allowed.

Amazing resort with very friendly and kind staff. All facilities in the resort are kept tidy and clean, cleaners did a lovely job in my room. There’s a beach just by the resort, very close by and it’s beautiful. I had a few issues with my food being cancelled (as I booked through an agency) and the general manager, Martina and Paula were all very helpful and did such a good job accommodating me. Very happy would definitely recommend. Thank you so much to the staff.

This is a large resort we were there before it got busy so it was lovely and peaceful. The apartments were clean and spacious and all the outside areas well maintained. As it was quiet we had no issues with sunbeds, the pool was large but freezing all the staff were very friendly. We ate in the Hotel Histria €30 per person well worth it nice and great choice you could definitely find something to eat we also had breakfast there which was amazing fabulous choice and so fresh loved it I think that was pre booked for £8pp . I think they should do takeaway boxes though for the teens who wouldn't get for breakfast as he kept missing breakfast. We tried the pool side restaurant which was also good. Pizzeria Kuglana was also excellent , the waitress was amazing and we enjoyed chatting to her she was very helpful and great full.

We had an absolute blast here for 3 nights in August 2022.

We ate in the pool bar on the first night, went to the nearby cliffside restaurant on the second night, and cooked in the room on the last night (every essential is there but you may need to get creative with space). We also cooked breakfasts but did try the buffet breakfast on the last morning which was amazing. I have never seen whole honey comb served on a buffet, I think wasps were getting drunk off it.

The shops on site sell a variety of things you might need to cook or forgot to pack.

The entertainment is unavoidable as it’s outside in the middle of the complex between the hotels. On the arrival night I was a bit shocked how loud the children’s entertainment was, playing games over a massive speaker system which felt unnecessarily loud and after a really long drive, wasn’t the experience I had built up in my head. It turned off at 10.30pm, and then finally peace. The last night there was a Peter Pan story being told through dance, which was beautiful and for this I was thankful to have a prime spot on my balcony. A resort caters for so many people that there is bound to be something not to your taste, and this shouldn’t put you off.

We had a short walk to the harbour and went on a boat trip. We drove into town to see the colosseum (the hotel has a massive car park which fills up fast as we discovered on the return), and found Lidl for some familiar cooking ingredients. The rest of the time was spent around the pool and on the little pebble beach, which I would advise a thick towel for as pebbles can hurt just a tad.

I enjoyed the Park Plaza, I stayed for a week in September, very lucky with the weather as it was gorgeous. The apartment had a fantastic view; was clean and tidy and had all the bits and pieces that come with self catering. My only point of concern was the staff at the pool bar, They were rude and not very friendly which spoiled the Park Plaza experience.

Stayed in apartment with sea view. Staff was very friendly and helped us with all queries. Check-in was very quick and staff gave all information about resort and city. WiFi was great (~50mbps) Highly recommended place to stay in Pula. Resort had everything (supermarket, restaurants, bars, gym, swimming pools, sports, kids club, cafe, shops, atm, etc.) one needs for luxurious vacation. A true Radisson Blu experience!

Second time we have come back, step out of your room and you can see the ocean its stunning. The resorts is spotless and the rooms are modern and spacious. Pula is a great city to visit the cycling routes are unforgettable. Take a trip along the many marinas.

Refurnished old apartment with new spark. On some parts the apartment could have a little more attention to details when renovating.

But the resort is super nice, great for kids

Over our holiday was a 5*+. The location was superb, everything you needed and the room was very well equipped. We would definitely return.

The only downside was the bed in our room was a sofa bed which could have been more comfortable. I should check this on rebooking again and request an actual bed.

Stayed here for 6 nights as a couple and I couldn't have been happier with our choice. Price performance is great and the staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Our room was decorated with rose petals for our anniversary and it was so beautiful. The view from our studio was great and there is so much to do right on the resort. I do recommend exploring the town and tasting local cuisine. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely return again.

Professional staff, beautiful place. Very well cleaned, our room was an apartment with a big terrace outside. The place is full of shops and even a grocery store inside.Truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for everything

Amazing hotel for couples as well as families with children. It has two pools, and a beach. Great buffet breakfast with vegan and gluten free options. The complex has two restaurants, a cafe, ice cream shop, a supermarket and some smaller stores as well.

Excellent holiday destination. English speaking and all amenities required nearby. Town is a 20 min bus journey.
