Stipe Residence

A clean, well appointed, modern decorated apartment, with a powerful shower, in an excellent location right next to bus stops for omis and split. Plenty of parking if you want to cheat and hire a car, but totally unnecessary to do so. Great sea view from our balcony with a beautiful beach and many restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, although the walk back up the ramp is a killer after a long day, lots of good food and a few cocktails. I would definitely recommend this accommodation with the understanding that (as many other people have mentioned) the mattresses are super soft foam ones with no spring support. For most people this should not be a problem for a short stay.

Very helpful staff, close to the beach, amazing views. Public transport to Omiš and Split, bus stop is nrxt to the hotel.

It's a great aparthotel very close to the beach with a beautiful view to the sea. The staff was nice and helpful; the room was comfortable. (Only the bed was a bit creaky.) Breakfast was simple (continental) but delicious.

Great place! Comfortable rooms! Nice Beach and so close to Split. Very recommended!

New, clean, aircondition, generally everything in there is new 100% recomended for a pleasant sleep over.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hell, wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr gastfreundlich, wir durften sogar früher einchecken auf Grund unserer früheren Anreise mit dem Flug. Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Strand, zu Fuss ca. 3 min. Supermarkt sowie Bäcker alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Einige tolle Restaurants gibt´s direkt am Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment, würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen wollen.

Idealne miejsce na urlop. Blisko do plaży, sklepu, piekarni, komunikacji. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do Splitu czy Omiša. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Polecam.

Super tolles kleines Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und toll gelegen. Wenn ich wieder nach Split fliege dann wieder dieses Hotel

Ottimo! Stanze pulite e nuove, vista mare, vicinissimo al mare, cucina, cambio asciugamani quotidiano, personale gentilissimo.
