Luxury Villa Ajduk Podstrana

Myself and my family of 12 stayed here the end of May 2023. The villa is beautiful, it's equipped with everything you need and more, we had a 1year old with us and there was plenty provided, chair, cot, swing and toys. The villa was very clean and beautifully furnished. The owner cleaned daily around the pool and he was very accommodating and provided information when he could about the local area and services we could access. Location is great, close to a local mini-supermarket and bars, beach is easy to find with three lovely restaurants. My only warning is the hill to the property which is very steep, be prepared! some of the cabs we got refused to drive up so we had to go on foot, a work out I wasn't expecting, but if you drive not a problem for you. I would recommend this villa and I will definitely be returning.

We came here on a family holiday with 14 members, with children aged 2-12. When we arrived, we were surprised at the steepness of the drive up, but the views are well worth it! The villa itself was in immaculate condition, clean and very well equipped. There is a swimming pool, sauna and outdoor space. The weather was not the warmest when we went so sadly didn’t use the pool, but the kids enjoyed the outside area when we were not out and about.

Quiet area, which was great for us and the beach was within walking distance, as were other local amenities. The hosts were great, very kind and friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much hassle for them.

We rented cars which meant we could explore further afield without hassle, but if you don’t have a car there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill where the main road is and easy to use. Travelling to Split takes around 30mins and costs €3 each way.

Overall we had a fantastic time there. Croatia is such a beautiful place and well worth the trip. We can’t thank the hosts enough for such a lovely place to stay!!!

Great place with amazing peace and view. Vila equipped with all necessary tools. Owners take care house and surroundings every day. Very recommended for family vaccation. Price is reflecting leaving conditions. Swimming pool is great while hot days and evenings, especially while travelling with kids. Place where you can relax.

Great stay, in a nice quiet area near split. Perfect accomodation for a large group of friends and would be ideal for families. Made use of the amazing indoor barbecue which was perfect on a rainy day. Easy Uber or taxi drive to Split. Joško and family where really nice and helped us with transfers from the airport.

Great facilities, really well stocked kitchen, even has sharp knives which is a first for a holiday house.

Would really recommend and hope to come again.

We rented this place with a group of 13. The house was in perfect condition and well equipped. The host was super helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is nice and there is an indoor and outdoor BBQ. I would recommend this place anytime. Easy access to Split by Uber!

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at Josko's villa. We were welcomed by Josko and his son with a typical Croatian alcoholic drink. He gave us a tour with his car through Podstrana which was very helpful! He messaged me several times during the week if everything was okay. He also helped with arranging transport from and to the airport.
The villa was beautiful; amazing pool and (closed off) outside area. Only a 10 min walk to the beach/supermarket. We had an amazing holiday here; would 100% recommend!

Had an amazing stay here, would definitely recommend. Very nicely located with an amazing view and sun coverage. An outside bbq with a golfscore which completed the whole setting very nicely.

The ownership was very attentive and were always ready to help us. Very kind reception!

Very clean and big house with a great view and a great pool and sauna. A short drive from split, but podstrana also has nice beaches and restaurants.

Some minor issues with the Wi-Fi jumping in and out on the first floor. But otherwise perfect. Super nice host who was always available, and helpful. He didn't speak English, but always brought his own translator to make sure he could properly understand our requests.

Vi var 15 personer (7 vuxna och 8 barn mellan 3-16 år) som spenderade en fantasisk vecka i september vid Villa Ajduk.
Huset var rent och snyggt, det kändes riktigt lyxigt. Fin utsikt från både våning 2 ocoh 3 över Podstrana och även Brac. Huset har 3 rymliga våningar/lägenheter och alla är smakfullt inredda och alla 3 kök är välutrustade så det går bra att laga mat där.
Poolområdet med bubbelpoolen och bastun var omtyckta av både stora som små. Värden skötte om poolen varje morgon.
Finns en utegrill på tomten som vi använde flitigt och på nedersta våningen finns dessutom ett allmänt kök där alla kan samlas för att äta tillsammans (fanns sittplatser både inne och ute).
Även ett litet gym finns på våning 1. Finns även studsmatta, 2 cyklar, boxingsäck samt utrustning för bl.a. dart och minigolf.
Lätt att ta sig in till t.ex. Split med både bil och buss (t.ex. nr 60), busshållplats finns nere vid stora vägen.
BRANT backe upp till huset, blev ett bra träningspass att ta sig upp och ner varje dag :)
Liten butik (Studenac) finns en kort promenad från huset. Ett bageri (Pekara Sebastian) där man dagligen kunde köpa nybakat bröd fanns också i närheten. Större matbutiker som t.ex. Lidl och Konzum fanns lite längre bort men man tar sig lätt dit med hyrbilen.

Rekommenderar detta boende åt alla men speciellt åt större grupper som vill ha ett helt hus för sig själv.
Värden Josko och hans son var väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma, kommunikationen med dem funkade utmärkt.

Wir waren mit dem Kegelklub (14 Personen) für ein längeres Wochenende vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Jeder Raum kann mit Hilfe von Klimaanlagen reguliert werden, schwitzen mussten wir nicht. Die Außenanlage mit unter der Pool und die Sauna waren super gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir waren vor kurzem mit 11 Personen dort (davon 6 Kinder zwischen 8 und 2 Jahren) und für diese Gruppengrösse ist das Haus schlicht perfekt. Am/im Haus selbst ist wirklich alles im besten Zustand, sowohl technisch als auch optisch! Auf Sauberkeit wird wirklich geachtet; wir haben ein top sauberes Haus übergeben bekommen!

Der freundliche Vermieter war bei An- und Abreise vor Ort, hielt sich aber sonst dezent im Hintergrund was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Per WhatsApp war er aber jederzeit erreichbar.

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer steilen Zufahrtsstrasse, was zwar den Rückweg vom Strand etwas erschwert, aber dafür hat man praktisch null Verkehr und somit ist es den ganzen Tag ruhig. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick und auch am Grillplatz kann man sich vor allem abends gut aufhalten, da dieser dann im Schatten liegt.

Ich würde jederzeit sofort wieder dort buchen!

Tolle Unterkunft besonders mit größeren Gruppen (wir Waren mit 14) .
Top Lage nicht weit zum Strand zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Top saubere Unterkunft mit viel Platz und schöner Ausstattung. Schöner Pool der jeden Tag gereinigt wird also absolute Empfehlung !

Wir waren mit 13 Personen in der Villa Ajduk und haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Villa ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt, die drei Appartements, jeweils in einer Etage, sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlagen, mit Pool, Sauna, Grillplatz und Minigolf/Spielplatz, sind sehr gepflegt. Außerordentlich ist auch die Hanglage am Fuße des Berges Mosor mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die vorgelagerte Inselwelt. Der Strand ist in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar und auf dem Berg sind zahlreiche Wanderwege ausgewiesen, was wir während unseres Herbstaufenthaltes sehr genossen haben. Zu betonen ist auch die Nutzung von Solarstrom und Solarwärme auf dem Dach des Hauses, für diese Gegend (leider noch) ziemlich einzigartig. Vielen Dank Joško!

Polecamy z całego serca. Obiekt bardzo czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony (zwłaszcza kuchnia). Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju i salonie, WI-FI dostępne na każdym piętrze i mnóstwo miejsca wokół domu do gier i zabaw. Basen i teren wokoło sprzątany codziennie przez gospodarza i jego pomocnika, którzy służą pomocą i są dostępni na każdą prośbę. Za dodatkową opłatą polecamy kolację mięsno-rybną, przygotowaną przez gospodarza - coś fantastycznego (za tę cenę nie zjecie tak pysznie i w takiej ilości w żadnej restauracji). Jest możliwość zakupu wina, oliwy i nalewek od gospodarza.
