Studios Principessa

Had a lovely stay at Villa Principessa. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area is great, with sunbeds and free coffee. The hotel is located approx. 20 min. by bus from Split and is only about 100m from the beach and a few restaurants. Sanja, the owner, is super helpful and answered any questions we had. Excellent service. I would really recommend staying here. We loved it and would like to come back later.

We spend 7 nights at studios Principessa in July 2021.... I was summer vacation with my wife and 2 kids.
Accommodation was perfect. The distance to beach was about 5-7min walk. Which I consider ideal as studios are not located directly on the beach ( I found that risky as whoever can potentially enter), not located directly next to the main road but it is a bit away from the road and beach. Still you can get sea view. Sea side itself was having good access to the water and was having 2-3 restaurants right on the beach. Water is clean.
Studios are clean and spacious. Well equipped. Also the pool, not a big size, but enough to refresh yourself should you decide not to go to the beach. Water was clean and owners do take care about the quality of the water and overall appearance of the pool area.
Bakery and grocery stores are close to studios.
Owners are really taking good care of the apartments and are very nice to guests. Always willing to help and answer questions.

I think stay at Principessa is worth the money that owners are asking.

Going on vacation in Split for, we are very long time chose the accommodations. The main criteria were: the distance to the beach, private parking, a 24-hour front desk and of course the price. We stopped at this apartment, and did not regret it at all. This is a private villa in which the owners live themselves on the 3rd floor, and if you need anything, they are available 24 hours. We put the car directly on the territory. The yard is well maintained, green, beautiful. The villa is not on the first line, BUT the distance to the beach is about 50 meters. It is necessary to go to beach by a very beautiful underground passage. The beach is not crowded, quietly and calmly. The hostess provides sunbeds, which you can take to the beach. But the beach is small pebble, and without a sunbeds to lie is acceptable. From our terrace there was a beautiful sea view. Sitting on it you can have dinner, drink wine and just enjoy the view. Those all the criteria have approached us.
All apartments are modernly equipped and furnished with dinnerware. In the basement is equipped with a laundry, which you can use. There are also fresh linens and towels, which you can change if necessary. There is an excellent barbecue area where you can prepare fresh seafood. Hostess Sanja is simply amazing, hospitable, friendly.
I recommend Podstrana if you want silence on the beach. And you can take a walk to Split by bus number 60. There is public transport, the distance is 8 km, 25 minutes drive.

Great place to stay in Croatia. You can sit and relax on big terrace with sea view or swim in a nice pool. Beach is really close.

Excellent séjour passé à Podstrana, l'hôte Sanja est vraiment adorable, aux petits soins et plein de bons conseils, il y a la place de parking, la machine à café à côté de la piscine et même la possibilité de laver son linge (lessive fournie) A quelques minutes de Split en voiture et quelques pas de la plage... L'habitation est calme et lumineuse et climatisée. Merci pour ce super séjour

Smještaj se nalazi par minuta od plaže, nema potrebe da se koristi automobil. U dvorištu se nalazi prelijep bazen sa ležaljkama i suncobranima, izuzetno čisto i uređeno.

Sobe su čiste, uredne, sve izgleda potpuno novo!

Vlasnica ljubazna, fleksibilna, komunikativna, pri samom dolasku dobili smo kratke smjernice, upute i savjete da se lakše snađemo u Splitu.

Super tolle Unterkunft! Waren schon das zweite Mal hier! Sanja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gibt! Die Villa Principessa ist sehr gepflegt und der tolle Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein! In 2 Minuten ist man durch eine Unterführung am Strand! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ideale Lage

Excellent séjour à quelques kms de Split. Tout était parfait : calme, propreté des lieux, décoration de bon goût, coin piscine avec café à volonté dans un bel espace. Hotesse charmante et de bons conseils sur les centres d’intérêt de la région.

Sehr schöne Appartements mit Küche, Badezimmer und allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine steht bereit. Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls direkt an der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist sehr ruhig und hat schöne Liegen und Sonnenschutz.
Ein Weg führt in weniger als 5 Minuten schnell zum Kieselstrand. Supermärkte sind in Laufreichweite.
Absolute Empfehlung.

Der Empfang durch Sanja war sehr freundlich, sie stand uns stets für Fragen oder ähnliches zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kleiner Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, das Meer ebenso 2 Minuten zu Fuß und eine Bäckerei ca. 2 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Empfehlenswert zu 100% zufrieden.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Sanja und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei allen Anliegen weiter. Der Pool-Bereich ist modern, neu und sauber. Auch zum Meer muss man nur eine Straße überqueren. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ideal. Liebe Grüße nach Podstrana

Piękny budynek z kameralnym klimatem, zadbanym ogrodem i basenem. Przemili właściciele i bardzo ładne, czyściutkie pokoje. Do plaży można przejść przejściem pod ulicą w ciągu 2 minut. Jeżeli chce ktoś naprawdę odpocząć w Podstranie, to tylko w tym miejscu 👍👍👍🌊🌴🌞💝💝💝
