Location is fantastic, right on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrella as well as use of a paddle board.
Beaches here are rocky so we bought some swimming shoes in nearby Omis, which worked a treat.
The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they take care of a lot of lovely details that make the stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is incredible!
Parking is a bit tight and you need good driving skills sometimes to go in and out.
Rooms were nice and very clean. View of the sea from the balcony was awesome.
There is a supermarket just crossing the road and a little fridge in the room in case you need it.
Wifi connection is great! So is an extra point for this place.
It is definitely in my list to come back in the future, we had a lovely and relaxing holidays here. Thank you for making this possible (:

Stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights. We booked straight from the hotels website and they answered very quickly. Could not recommend this place more! The staff members are so lovely and always ready to help you out. There are good restaurants near the hotel and two supermarkets in a good walking distance. The beach is perfect and the view is even better. The bus stop is very close and its cheap to take the bus to downtown split. Thank you so much Danijela for your warm welcoming, we will definitely tell our friends about this place 🧡🥰

Great little studio apartment 5 meters from the beach. Little kitchenette and refrigerator so you don't HAVE TO go out to eat EVERY time. Great $$ saver...
Markets are a very short walk away as well as several restaurants...
The hosts are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is also the local bus stop directly across the street. Very convenient and another great $$ saver.

Amazing location! Staff is friendly helpful and goes the extra mile. Sun chairs umbrellas and even a paddle were available free from Pansion Zanic! Loves the reception / foyer sitting area - fantastic views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful!
Rooms and apartments are nice, modern and clean. Terrace is beautiful with the sea view. Beach is right in front of apartments and it is clean.
Breakfasts are very delicious and the hosts are so nice you just dont want to leave the place. Definitely going back, so much love.

Danijela and the other staff members are very friendly and welcoming. If u like they prepare a small yummy breakfast for you in the morning for a small fee- highly recommend.

Calm & Relaxing place

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, leider nur eine Nacht da wir eine Motorradtour machen. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu früh da, aber kein Problem, kommt herein und trinkt erstmal in Ruhe einen Kaffee und genießt ein paar süße Weintrauben aus eigenem Garten auf der traumhaften Terrasse. Netterweise konnten wir unser schönes, helles und sauberes Zimmer mit grandiosem Meerblick sehr viele eher beziehen. Dann erstmal sofort runter zum eigenen Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und rein ins warme saubere Meer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße Sven und Sylke

Magnifique séjour ! Dans l’hôtel zanic, très bon accueil chaleureux ! Chambre éco très confortable , propre .En bord de plage , restaurant au pied de l’hôtel .Petit déjeuner délicieux, copieux en terrasse. Touches d’attention , Notre avion était le soir ils nous on permis gratuitement de rester toute la journée on leurs remercie beaucoup. L’hôtel est familial, propre et les dames sont chaleureuses . Merci encore pour tout .

Einfach zauberhaft! Wir waren leider nur für 3 Nächte dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Perfekte Lage vom Haus. Alles sauber, sehr familiär, zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich !! Wir werden wieder kommen. Man merkt wieviel Herzblut in diesem Unternehmen/ Haus steckt!! Das Wasser ist unglaublich klar und es gibt einen kleinen privaten Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen. Also alles rundum super !! Vielen Dank ❤

Bästa tänkbara ställe för en semester vid Adriatiska havet.
Ligger på den egna stranden där man har fri tillgång till solsängar och parasoll. Finns SUP att låna utan kostnad. Fin välskött strand.
Utmärkt personlig service; vänlig och omtänksam. Mycket bra frukost.
Många bra restauranger i närheten både för enkla luncher och för fina middagar.
Bra bussförbindelser in till Split, som tar cirka 20-25 minuter.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Strand ist nur für Gäste, daher hat man genügend Platz. Die Gastgeber sind allesamt superfreundlich, es gibt viele kleine, sehr gute Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, direkt vor der Tür fährt ein Bus zwischen Split und Omis hin und her… eine Fahrt nach Split kostet umgerechnet unter zwei Euro und in 20 Minuten ist man da. Viel besser geht es nicht.

Très content de notre séjour. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Jolie chambre et accès direct à la plage. Seul bémol : la concierge a arrêté de faire la chambre 2 jours avant qu’ont partent... Mais très content quand même !

Really happy to our stay. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Sweet room and easy access to the beach. Little issue : the janitor stoped to clean our room 2 days before we leaving. But very happy anyway !
