The Bridge Restaurant

The place has new owners! The new people are very welcoming and really making an effort to give you a pleasant experience. For example, we arrived at around 21:30 o'clock and they still made us the dinner that we asked for (mine was even off menu) Food was delicious, the cook is a wonderful lady who is keen in finding out which dishes are liked and should stay on the menu by including the guests in that process. I'm sure now with the new crew the restaurant is going to turn around the bad reviews and it's now a really good place, with lovely service and yummy food.

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant! The staff's warmth and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The thoughtfully curated menu struck the perfect balance between variety and focus, ensuring there's something for everyone. And let me tell you, their black squid risotto 🦑 is an absolute masterpiece. As they embark on new adventures in taking over the restaurant, I wish them all the luck and success in the world. The restaurant has a daily chef's menu. We chose the fish and it was amazing! It came accompanied by potatoes, vegetables and a bit of bread.
We also had desert that was delicious (special mention for the lemon cheesecake).
The waiters were all really nice and made us feel welcomed!

The best black risotto I have ever had - and I have had many because it's my favourite. Also, great service in English, the girl offered a water bowl to our doggie without me asking. Many items on the menu - all of them really existing and cooked by a professional chef. I have no idea how they manage to strike the balance between cooking home food with restaurant quality and serve it nicely but the fact is - they do. Excellent location: just near the Pelešac Bridge with a view at the sea front. Needless to say we will be returning to the Bridge every evening for supper and deserts. By the way, try their raspberry panna cotta - it's one of their specialities, and my husband says he has not tried such a nice one for years.

This seasons new staff and meny seems to have made a real positive change (if I compare with old comments from previous years). The fish was the best I have ever had and the whole staff were so sweet!

We're not sure if it's just Croatia but the people are just amazing. The food is also topnotch. The Bridge was our first restaurant upong arriving in Dubrovnik and this place did not disappoint. The staff were very hospitable and the seafood pasta that we ordered was so delicious. Don't forget to add a tall glass of beer with your meal and get a table right next to the ocean. Also, if you are wondering if gratuity is required, it is not. But the locals and service staff would appreciate it a lot no matter the amount! We have definitely given gratuity our entire visit in Croatia.

Note: parking is a bit challenging and the street to get to the restaurant is really narrow.

Staff is very friendly (new owners, so they are kinda trying new things). Fish was very good. As a dessert, we got 4 slices of cake with price of 2.

It's a very nice restaurant. The service was very fast and created a nice environment were you can settle after beach day. It is also possible to rent apartments there. Everything was clean and new. We had a perfect steak with potatoes and grilled vegatabels and octopus salat. The meat was grilled on point and the fish in the salat as well. Try it and you never want to eat somewhere else.

We had a lovely lunch on the terrace with a beautiful view as a stop on our road trip. The ladies who worked there were really nice and we had a nice chat with the owner. Great service and food would recommend!

An excellent new team took over the restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Phenomenal and inspired healthy food inspired by Mediterranean tradition. Prices are very moderate.

Very friendly family-oriented staff. We came there late after a long night of traveling and the were very welcoming. It was a little hard to find - go towards the beach down the stairs.

Wow!! This little gem is worth a stop on your between Dubrovnick and Split! We found it on accident and they were closed, but the owner, Ivo, was so kind and welcoming, he made us a DELICIOUS fresh octopus salad and treated us to an unexpectedly wonderful afternoon of swimming and sunning on his little beach. What a terrific afternoon! Thank you Ivo!!!!
