Hotel Olea

Definitely the best hotel in Novalja, with everything great. The service was wonderful as the staff was very friendly. The wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well and the bathroom was clean. Finally I loved having a balcony in my room with a fantastic view!

We only used it for a conference and meals and it was great for both. Great selection of tasty food.

I can just fully recommend this hotel, especially the welcoming and super helpful staff working there, supporting before and also during our stay. On top of that the rooms were very nice and the pool area was also quiet and had a gret atmosphere

Nice hotel a bit away from the city centre. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good food. Prices at the bar are a bit high. Spa place is also really nice.

I had an amazing weekend with friends in Hotel Olea. Hotel is wonderfully blended into the environment, with delicious food and a great selection of quality wines. The interior is carefully decorated and clean. It is difficult to say which view is more beautiful, to the sea or the nearby mountains. There's a wonderful spa and outdoor pool, to relax and enjoy your time. Villas belonging to the hotel are a great choice for larger groups and families. Very friendly and professional staff. Even if I usually have problem with sleeping, after great spa treatment and comfortable bed I slept there perfectly. That is a perfect place to relax!

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful reception. Clean rooms, good service, nice view, balcony on each apartment. Free pools (inside and outside, whirlpool and more)! Really worth the money. Quiet at night, but still very close to city beach. Free parking. Delicious breakfast. I was more than happy that for my first time in Croatia we chose this hotel.

Cons:

One day there were lot of people on breakfast. Waiters were somehow confused so we had to wait half an hour for someone to take our order. But it was one-time only thing.

New hotel, nice rooms and very clean.
It has outside and indoor pool, great for nice relaxation.
Breakfast is nice.
I also tried other a la cart food and everything I tried was great. Prices are normal hotel like :)
Staff was really helpful and polite.
Beach is not very close - but they have organized shuttles to drive you there.

I would recomend this hotel anytime :)

Beautiful, new hotel, staff is excellent, especially the manager. Rooms are cosy and clean. We got an unexpected upgrade which totally made our vacation. Great view, pool, spa. Breakfast was served according to the coronavirus rules which put a big pressure on the waiters but they handled it professionally. Great free parking. Location is quiet and lovely , easy to reach.

Pleasant and clean place, really good breakfasts

Stayed for a weekend in December. Great new hotel, nicely designed, big rooms, comfy beds, nice wellness and pool. OK breakfast. Not the greatest location though, on the outskirts of Novalja which itself isn't the loveliest town on the Adriatic coast.

great hotel in a more quiet part of Novalja. Polite and friendly personnel. Nicely decorated interior and nice exterior. Spa, indoor and outdoor pool included in the price of the room. Good restaurant available on site. Nice breakfast

Great hotel. Yummy food, nice rooms and very kind people working hear. Could definitely recommend.
But the gym is very very small, could definitely need a few more barbells and a pull-up bar.

Very comfortable hotel with clean sauna and pools. A bit noisy at the evening because there are many young party people but we were ok with this. Maybe only a many little shards around the pool is disadvantage.

Brand-new modern hotel, extremely clean, nice stuff! Wonderful food with fresh ingredients! Totally cool! I' ll be back soon for sure cause its open whole year, not only over the summer.

Very nice hotel with a lot of acitivites to do, in the whole place Novalja there is sunbed missing. If it had sunbed then this hotel would work even better. Breakfast was great, pools awesome everything nice. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help you any time.

Cozy and clean rooms with seaview, kind hotel stuff, pretty good spa and pool, about 15 min from center of Novalja. Food is average 🙄

The best thing about our stay in the area was the hotel. Slept well, good breakfast, plenty of space on the parking lot. Highly recommended.

Hotel is like super modern and 90% finished. Just a few olives here and there and its all up and running! Also very kind and gentle staff!
