Villa Sunset Sea

We had a wonderful stay in the sea view apartment in the second floor. The apartment is spacious and the balcony great in the evening. The pool is behind the house and quiet. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance. You have to drive through the pedestrian area to get to the house - we first didn't find it based on Google maps. Overall we had a great stay.

Best localization in Njivice.

Villa Sunset Sea - izvrsni domaćini, vrhunska lokacija, odlično uređen moderan apartman sa predivnim interijerom i urednim vanjskim bazenom. Svakako ćemo se vratiti u što kraćem roku!

We were there in 2022 and enjoyed every second of our stay there. The accommodation was great and fully equipped. The little town has you covered and the sea and beaches are great.
Why do I rate 4 stars then? Well, we wanted to come back in 2023. With Euro now in Croatia and the big inflation, I expected prices to rise. Even in 2022 this accommodation was the priciest in all our Croatia holiday. But prices in 2023 are almost 80% up! In my opinion this is not okay. So we stay in another apartment in the same town instead.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeber, einer der schönsten strandabschnitte von Njivice direkt vor der Haustür. Das bezahlt man auch natürlich.Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch. Man wird ständig beschallt von der Musik der Strandbar unterhalb. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Was mir persönlich auch fehlte , war ein Grillplatz. Was für uns zu Kroatien dazugehört. Ebenso ein Backofen und eine ordentliche Grundausstattung ( wc Papier, Pfanne für Spiegeleier) alles sehr dürftig. Nichtsdestotrotz empfehle ich es ohne umsicht gerne weiter.
