We went there to pay a parking ticket. It was difficult to find the building, but they were kind.
They receive people only from 8 AM to 1 PM (with a pause between 11 and 11.30).

In August 2020 we have parked on one of the parking spaces supervised by the above company in the city of Mali Lošinj. The payment at the time was only possible with coins (40 kuna - which is 8x 5 kuna coins - believe me, you don't have so many coins with you), or with a SMS call that didn't work for foreigners. After return we found only our car (foreign) with a parking ticket, the cars left and right of ours, parked there even before we arrived, with Croatian plates and without permanent permission or paid fee, did not get the tickets! To me it all looked like cherry picking?!
We have paid the parking ticket (15€) in 8 days after that but still got harassed by their attorney 5 month later wanting us to pay 170 € or be sued about it - all that only because the accountant books in the above company are not managed as they should be and our payment was not registered by them.
So ... I could say we had a really bad experience with them and according to everything we have seen, we expect they won't get any better - ever. They don't have to. They are the one and only sheriff in town.

Private Firma, die die Parkplätze über hat. Der Automat am Parkplatz Nähe Hotel Aurora hat nur kroatisch als Spracheinstellung, der Knopf für alle anderen Sprachen funktioniert nicht. Ein Einheimischer kam vorbei und sagte, Sonntags keine Gebühren. Leider Falschinformation. Daher Strafticket. Keine Karten Zahlung möglich, ebenso Ticket per Handy nur mit einheimischer Nummer. Man muss also schauen, dass man jeden Tag seines Urlaubs 20 Kuna in Kleingeld dabei hat, da auch keine Scheine genommen werden. Also Touristenfreundlich ist das definitiv nicht. Das Büro ist übrigens hinter dem Sportgeschäft am Hauptplatz.

Anscheinend private Firma die Parkplätze bewirtschaftet und auch Strafzettel verteilt. Das Personal ist leider nicht sehr freundlich. Im September 2018 erhielten wir einen freundlichen Hinweis, dass wir kein Tagesticket gelöst hatten und man uns eines in Rechnung stellt (Strafzettel). Die Gebühr dafür soll innerhalb 8 Tagen beglichen werden, sonst drohen höhere Kosten. Eigentlich wollten wir per SMS ein Ticket am Parkplatz lösen, was aber wohl mit fremden Handy Nummern nicht möglich ist und die Beschreibung vor Ort und auf der Website nicht oder nur in kroatisch vorhanden ist. Die auf dem Strafzettel angebene Adresse führt über Maps zu einem Schrottplatz. Eigentlich ist das Büro in Mali Losinj im Haus hinter Cesar's Sportgeschäft. Dort wurde unser Ticket zurückgenommen, man konnte im System sehen, dass wir eine SMS geschickt hatten. Fraglich bleibt, ob die 40 Kn für ein Tagesticket noch abgebucht werden.

Dana 14.6.smo tako bezobrazno izvrijedjani od strane osoblja parkinga koji se poceo derati i prijetiti da ce zvati policiju jer se nismo parkirali na propisno parkirno mijesto "educirajuci" nas cetvero odraslih od 40tak godina o o socijalnoj pravdi itd
Mislim da monopolisti u losinju bi trebali poraditi na usluznosti osoblja

Verbrecher! Die warten nur drauf Euch einen Strafzettel zu verpassen und Euch einen Rechtsanwalt mit utopisch hohen Kosten auf den Hals zu hetzen. Meidet diese Stadt!
