Valbay Residence

The Valbay Residence is an ideal starting point in exploring this beautiful island, surrounded by some of the most transparent seas you'll see. Charming, secluded Valdarke bay beach and the city center (Riva) are just a short walk away. It has easy access to beaches or bays either by car or foot, and also, markets, restaurants, and other services are all within walking distance.

We stayed in the Senso apartment. Bright and sunny with two balconies (one facing the seaside and another facing the charming Aromatic Garden), furnished with great attention to detail and equipped with all the amenities one may need. The place is very clean and very well maintained.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Iva and Mario are exceptional hosts, and we look forward to visiting again.

We spent seven days working "from home" in the beautiful Senso apartment of Valbay Residence. Everything really lived up to and exceded our expectations, specifically:

- Location, a few minutes walk down to a lovely, secluded bay.
- Walking distance down to the main square (restaurants & shopping).
- In spite of the apartment overlooking a main road, we were not at all bothered by any traffic noise, etc.
- The attention to detail in the apartment, including the quality of materials used, furniture, layout/design, and cleanliness.
- Ample, gated parking space, which is apparently rare on the island.
- The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, and we enjoyed our little chats here and there.

We hope one day to return to Valbay Residence, and definitely recommend a stay here, especially if one is travelling with a dog! Thank you once again to Iva and Mario. :)

Fantastic new and modern apartment. Ideal for a couple. Great hosts. 5 minute walk into Mali Losing centre. Highly recommended.

Die Zimmer sind super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es entspricht alles den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und die Lage einfach PERFEKT! Der Verkehr stört überhaupt nicht, die Fenster sind super dicht.

10min Fußmarsch ist man an der Hafenpromenade, 5 min in einer schönen Bucht. Die Vermieterin gibt gute tipps für Restaurants, Bäcker,.. perfektes Englisch!

Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Za nas najlepši dopust na Lošinju. Izjemna lokacija apartmaja in lastno parkirišče. 3 min do super plaže pod naravno senco borovcev. Prijazna lastnica Iva in njen mož sta bila ves čas našega letovanja na voljo in nas lepo sprejela. Zelo urejen, čist in stilsko dovršeno opremljen apartma. Terasa z žarom in hortenzije pa so dale samo še piko na i za najboljši dopust. Lp Andreja

Il Residence Valbay è localizzato in una posizione centralissima di Lussinpiccolo. Comodo al centro, al porto, ai principali servizi (panificio e ristoranti a pochi passi), alle spiagge ed alla strada principale.
L'appartamento poi è strepitoso: spazioso, luminoso, arredato con cura ed eleganza, pulitissimo e completo di tutti i comfort. Il terrazzo (dotato di tavolo, sdraio, ombrellone e barbecue) rendono poi il tutto ancora più perfetto. Ottimo anche il parcheggio privato nel cortile.
Altra nota d'eccellenza i proprietari: Iva e Mario sono due persone spettacolari, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

Jeder hat das schon mal erlebt. Man bucht ein AirBnB, Ferienwohnung oder Hotel schaut sich die Bilder an, freut sich auf den Urlaub, kommt an.... und alles sieht ganz anders aus.
Genau das passiert bei der Valbay Residenz und ihren Inhabern NICHT!
Die Unterkünfte sind geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jede Frage, jeder Wunsch oder Anregung wird sich von Iva und Mario zu Herzen genommen und sofort erfüllt. Auch für das Wohl unseres 5 Jahre alten Hundes wurde liebevoll gesorgt. Selten haben wir so einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub gehabt. Wir hoffen schon bald wieder Familie Frankovic besuchen zu können.

Nastanitev v apartmaju Valbay residence je izpolnil in presegel vsa pričakovanja.
Predvsem bi izpostavila zelo prijazna lastnika - Iva in Mario - res hvala za gostoljubje in da smo se počutili pri vas kot doma. V apartmaju nas je pričakalo vse potrebno - posebej lepa pozornost so bili priboljški za psa in posode za hrano. Velika prednost je bil lasten žar na lastni terasi in skupni utility s pralnim in sušilnim strojem. Vse je bilo čisto in apartma je res lepo stilsko urejen.
Apartma je tudi na zelo dobri lokaciji - do plaže Valdarke je cca. 5 min peš in do centra mesta cca. 10 min peš.
Priporočam vsem, ki si želite udobja kot doma. Upam da se kmalu vidimo. Petra in Blaž

Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Modern eingerichtetes, sehr neues Appartement mit Parkmöglichkeit. Alles wichtige vorhanden. Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine/Trockner mitzubenutzen. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, wo sich die meisten Restaurants befinden.

Bile smo u Malom Losinju sredinom jula, smestene u Valbay Residence-u. Malo je reci da smo odusevljene smestajem. Na dobrom je mestu, u sredistu Malog Losinja, tako da je lako doci do luke, svih plaza, ali i Velog Losinja. Prakticno je sve jednako udaljeno.
Izgled apartmana je fenomenalan- prostran, moderno uredjen, cist. Terasa je velika, sa lezaljkama, suncobranom i rostiljem... Privatan parking u dvoristu... Soba je opremljena sa svim sto je potrebno. Vidi se da su vlasnici vodili racuna o detaljima, tesko da ce vam nesto zafaliti. Takodje, moguce je koristiti masinu za ves u okviru smestaja.
Svakom bih preporucila ove apartmane, posto mislim da je u Malom Losinju tesko (mozda i nemoguce) pronaci bolje i lepse :)
