Lovely tiny coffee place in a hidden alley of Hvar. I visited while mooring at the bay, and it didn’t disappoint. I had a flat white that was absolutely delicious and up to my high standards as a coffee enthusiast. There is only limited seating inside, but they also have three benches outside. They bring the coffee to you whether you’re taking it away or staying in. They also sell specialty coffee beans roasted in house. I bought two packs for filter coffee (Ethiopia and Kenya beans) and both are really delicious. I would love to pop in again when in Hvar.

Lovely specialty coffee shop in a little alley in the old town. Coffee was good and very friendly staff - they even refilled my water bottle.

Love this coffee shop! A bit expensive, but worth the price. Especially loved the almond+rice milk for non dairy options, which was surprising because I usually love oat milk and dislike almond milk (I tried both the oat milk and almond+rice). The almond+rice milk iced latte was creamy and delicious!

The space itself is gorgeous, from the decor to the ceramics used to serve drinks. Would gladly visit here again.

Great coffebar.
Cappuccino, Vanilla and Caramel latte, and filter brewed coffe were all very good. Popular place, with a line, but the baristas are very efficient.

The best cup of coffee I had in Croatia. The flat white is a little pricy but worth spending the extra 1-2 euro for a high quality coffee.

Delightful coffee shop, tiny bit inviting, space to sit inside and outside, they bring the coffee to you. All roasted in house with high quality beans selected from different regions. Cappuccino is proper size and ratio. A real treat. They also have one in Split. Recommended.

Small Place, but filled with lot’s of good stuff! Very good coffee with oat milk! Almond Croissant was also amazing. Super friendly staff!

The best coffee we had on the island. The people there were friendly and the coffee delicious! I highly recommend this place! Unique was also the location, on a paved alley, surrounded by white stone walls!

Beautiful speciality coffee shop, with an amazing location for tourists who are just arriving in Hvar. Their story is just as good as their coffee and it makes the difference to take some time to look at the details of this beautiful little coffee shop. If you are a coffee lover in Croatia and happen to be discovering Hvar, this is a must-go.

Just perfect if you're coffee lover. Beautiful place, lovely owners and above all great coffee and ambience! Thay have coffee to go and opening hour at 6 am is great + if you are leaving early in the morning so you can pick your coffee and take it to the ferry!

We had a cappuccino, which was delicious, and a cookie!

That cookie is one of a kind. It has almonds, chocolate, is soft but also crunchy. 10/10

This was one of the best cold brews I have had and even with how tiny it is, it had a great atmosphere and super friendly staff.

The cold brew itself was smooth and fruity. As someone that had tried to make cold brew myself, they have done it really well. There is no bitterness and it is complex.

While there aren’t much seats inside, they have a a decent number outside for how tiny it is. Hvar itself is gorgeous with wonderful Ally’s and walkways so having seating in the walkways is actually nice with the atmosphere.

In Hvar we found @kava.family a cozy place in old town with a really good selection of specialty coffee from different origins.

Coffee shop and they roast also the coffee. A place to stop before start the morning in the island.

Go for the Ethiopian espresso good balance and acidity.

Will bring some beans to Girona 🫣❤

Modern and hip space, quality coffee and the prices reflect this. We had a flat white, which had great foam that held its own. The owners were attentive coffee makers (they had just loaded in new espresso and took the time to make sure everything was working to a tee) and kindly offered dinner recommendations.

The best coffee in Hvar. If you like Australian barista style coffee and vegan milk options like almond and oat milk then this place is for you. Simplistic, away from the busy areas of Hvar, and when they do coffee they do it well. The baristas are so sweet and friendly. Get in early if you want a croissant or cookie with your coffee as they sell out fast in the morning (for good reason). Thanks Kava

Best coffee on the island, we came back three times!

We took ours away and swam in one of the little spots a couple of mins away. Almond Crossiant was 10/10 🥐

Great coffee and friendly service even though this is a busy cafe. They move people through their order quickly and bring your beverage out to you. Lovely little alleyway with benches for seating.

Amazing coffee, even better staff. Toby and Peter were just lovely and honestly made our trip that bit more special. If you are visiting Hvar, please try their iced lattes and croissants, they are just divine. We went every single morning without fail. Thank you so much Kava family!

Amazing coffee, came in every day during my 4 mornings in Hvar. The croissant was also one of the best filled croissants I’ve ever had but they’re not always available.

Excellent coffee. Vegan coffee shake with almond milk was delicious, as was the hazelnut choc cookie. Friendly staff.
