Rozeta sushi bar

Just dined here this evening with my husband as it was recommended to us by another restaurant who didn’t have sushi on their menu. To start we had the tempura prawns..really crisp and tasted incredible. We went for the Rosetta roll next and it was sublime. We’ve never had sushi quite like it. It had crispy onions on the outside which were fab, and seabass and flamed salmon inside. It was so good we ordered another one. The we had the Uramaki age ebi, which was delicious. We had a few mojitos too and they were really refreshing and made to perfection. The waiter was a really friendly guy who told us that the restaurant is closing till next season, which I think is next May 2025. Can’t believe our luck being there on the last night of its season. If you like sushi, you’ve gotta try this place, but you’ll have to wait til next year. Top marks to the chef and whomever owns this place. Great staff, fab food and a lovely atmosphere. Best wishes to our waiter and we hope to come again next year 🤞

Tamara was an exceptional host. Not only is she a beautiful soul, she provided fantastic energy and kindness that made us as 3 female tourist feel welcomed and safe. Could not recommend her and this place any more!

5-star sushi in Hvar town. The spicy rolls are amazing! Fish is very fresh and service is quick, but staff aren't the most friendly. Menu is small but still with a variety. Can not recommend enough. Only downfall is the price, expensive considering portion sizes, but in line with other Hvar joints ( I guess ). Definitely worth a try but be prepared to spend a lot to be full! :)

Oh God. This restaurant has completely altered my perception on sushi. I’ve never been a fan until I tried this. Would definetely recommend. My rating is 5 out of 5. Service was very friendly, I felt as if I was a part of a family.

Really great food and service. Would definetely visit again. As we came during Happy Hour there was 30% off so it was really great food for a very reasonable price.

Amazing poke bowls and friendly service. Sat outside there was a nice breeze at the end of a very hot day.

Great service! The rozeta roll was soooo good. Loved the combination of fish and how much ginger was on the plate. Also yummy espresso martinis!

Quick, attentive service. Food excellent, and so were the drinks. A tad on the pricier side, but then again sushi isn't suppose to be a local speciality so I guess some of the goods cost a bit to get here.

Cool restaurant in a nice setting. Professional staff coped well with the stormy weather and managed to serve every customer in a dry place with the best sushi in town - the best sushi I've ever had.
