The monument to all the victims of Croatian War of Independence (Homeland War). The cross that represents all the suffering of Croats in 1990s. It says on the bottom of the monument "To the victims for free Croatia", and above that on historic glagoljica (Croatian): "Navik on živi ki zgine pošteno!"

Loved it is not an appropriate phrase for a memorial to the fallen. An essential inclusion if touring in Croatia. Lovely views of the Danube too.

Središnji križ postavljen na ušću rijeke Vuke u Dunav, s prelijepim pogledom na sam Dunav i grad Vukovar. Do križa ima lijepa šetnica i mjesto je koje svakako treba posjetiti ako se nađete u Vukovaru

Lijepo mjesto za posjetiti. Na samom je Dunavu, imate i za prošetati u okolici. Blizu je kafić i restoran. Ima dosta klupica i baš dobro mjesto za malo sjesti i sabrati misli :)
