Villa Zrinka

A uniquely beautiful apartment located in a cove area on the shore of the Adriatic. Breathtaking beauty in the mornings, evening and night, with plenty of sun in the day. Access to the water right on the property. Our host Dom was very friendly and hospitable, and spoke excellent English. Had a lovely dinner at Antonios in Rogoznica. There's a playground on the property that children would enjoy. We loved our stay here - recommended!

We have been here for two days and everything was perfect! Owners were very kind and helpful - you can order a boat trip with skipper or rent a boat for yourself.
They have in offer a dinner with fresh fish or a breakfast - it’s very tasty!

Short walk to city center.

This place is ideally located directly on the water and gives almost a private area for swimming and sun bathing. It is really unique! I walked all along the beaches of Rogoznica (even down to the end of the island) and there is no other place, that comes even close to Villa Zrinka. The shallow water in the little bay results in pleasant water temperatures and is super nice for swimming. Really, this place is ideal for relaxing. The center of Rogoznica can be easily reached by walking (15 min.), but I don't even see any reason to go there. There is a little beach bar on the other side of the bay (100m away) and you also have to try the home made grilled fish of Villa Zrinka. It is fabulous! The apartments are simple, but nice and cozy and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. And on top: The hosts are super sweet and helpful.

Very affordable place with an amazing view and good place quality. Owner is also very friendly and responsive. Will come back in the future without hesitation if I have the opportunity !

Great place & great owners. We found it by accident but we don't regret. I highly recommend villa!:) keep place for us next year! We will return for sure:)

Lokacija i mjesto Ville Zrinka je savrseno, malo je komplikovano za doci, ali to i jeste dobro jer nema guzve
Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo i imate parking kao i sadrzaj za djecu u sklopu ville
More je tirkizno cisto kao i plaze okolo na kojima ima fin sadrzaj
Sobe su uredne i ciste, ali moglo bi se malo renovirati,prije svega wc

Wlasciciele sa tak mili i sympatyczni ze nie da sie tego opisac.
Pokoje mega czyste, wyposazone. Apartament z 4 sypialniami, 2 lazienki, mega kuchnia i ogromny taras,duzy grill.
Plac zabaw do wody 5 metrow😄, do plazy 50 metrow.
Super lokalizacja, piekne miejsce i mega szacun dla wlascicieli za wszystko.

Ich brauchte kurzfristig eine Möglichkeit zur Übernachtung. Dass es so schön ist, war sehr überraschend. Freundlicher Empfang, obwohl ich sehr spät ankam. Das Apartment ist super sauber. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Das extra Frühstück kann ich auch empfehlen.

Отличное место, в трёх метрах от моря.
Рядом пляж. Прекрасный вид. На море.
Недалеко находится пиццерия. Просторная ьрехэтажная вилла. Разместились большой компанией вполне комфортно.

Domacini su odlicni,jako susretljivi i srdacni. Apartman je bio besprijekorno cist,ugodan i na samoj obali. Preporucujem svakome tko trazi mirno mjesto za odmor,blizinu plaze i ugodno mjesto za odmor da se obrati vlasnicima i rezervira svoj termin. Definitivno planiram povratak ovdje na ljetovanje. :)

Einfach nur hammer. Gastgeber sind einfach nur spitze. Super Preise. Mega Ausblick das Meer 3 Schritte vom Haus. Nur zu empfehlen.

Отличное место прямо на берегу. Есть BBQ (газ и уголь). Хозяева крайне доброжелательные. Рядом пляж. Магазины далековато, 3-4 минуты на машине.

Fantastisk plats! Kristallklart vatten, lugn liten fiskeby. Trevlig värd och mycket prisvärt boende med bästa läget i byn.
